The Liberal Puppets Were Played by the Puppet Master!

If you needed any more proof that Mark Carney, and his crew of devious Lieberals, played Canadians BIG TIME, here it is:

But did these chicken dancing, gullible fools have to make it sooooo easy for Carney?!?

Update: The comments in this thread on Carney’s X feed are fascinating. And nitwits like this guy still don’t understand that he has been conned!

Update 2: Mario Zelaya, an immigrant originally from El Salvador (40 years ago), completely understands what has happened! Also, today he and David Freiheit engaged in a lengthy discussion about Canada and its future.

  1. The only other thing Carnage could blurt out was, “Canada is not for sale.” Oh, and some weird comment about speaking to the “owners of Canada”.

I guess he already accepted the offer to purchase from Xi.

    1. The only other world leader I have heard Trump PRAISE as much as he did Carney this morning is … Dear Leader Xi. Make of that what you will.

  2. I don’t believe Carney anymore then I believe this –
“The Houthis have announced that— they don’t want to fight anymore. They just don’t want to fight, and we will honor that, and we will stop the bombings. They have capitulated…They say they will not be blowing up ships anymore.”

    1. agm, you wouldn’t be suggesting that there is a specific “Librano Taqia” would you? No, who would suggest that? Not me I’m sure!

  3. I just got out of the hospital. Nothing I experienced there made me want to puke as much as what I just saw.

  4. Watched this. WTF happened.

Where was the elbows up guy? Also, PJ Media reports that Mike Meyers just showed up on the Diddy list.

      1. Jane, exactly right. This was what was going to happen from the outset of the tariff crisis. Freed of the idiot Justatwit and his criminal minister of the Environment. Carney was free to toss all their baggage overboard.

The Liberals got what they wanted: the complete annihilation of the NDP. So now after pillaging the Dips of every one of their policy ideas, they are free to tack to the right and steal what they find useful from the CPC.

  5. Did someone at the White House take Carney aside and show him the photos from Epstein’s Island?
I’ve never seen a cave in like that before.

    1. No, someone at the whitehouse showed Carney a short video of Trump destroying Zelenskyi, and then the aftermath of a grifter attempting to strong-arm the president in his own house.. The recommended approach was ‘elbows not only down, but off the table’, no matter what the DNC recommended that morning.

    2. Someone showed him a clip of VP Pence undressing the guy in a dirty sweatshirt … in real time … with the world Press watching … and so he dared not speak as if he were in Ottawa … at a Senators home game.

  6. Of course he (Carney) did, and he got the treatment any other Canadian PM would have gotten. Your trade deals with us will be renegotiated, and they will have terms that are far more equitable and fair to my country (free and fair trade, correct?). As my President said today: the USMCA was only a transition, a maneuver away from NAFTA and towards something else. Some parts may be kept, but parts of it will not.

I did notice my President made a bit of an aside concerning Freeland during this presser — your PM looked very uncomfortable.

I wonder, will King Charles be called upon to bail you out of this, to give you aid in your problems with my country? Will he be called in to be the new “Trump whisperer” after Starmer failed so horribly? That could get interesting, what with Reform picking up seats. Farage is probably hoping and praying that his king doesn’t do something stupid this month.

    1. I LOVED Trump’s comments about “that horrible woman who was here before”. And yeah, Carney looked down the bench to see if Freeland was sitting there … because I thought she was on Team Carney?

      1. Maybe Trump was referring to Justin when he said “that horrible woman”.

      2. You noticed that too, did you now?

The thing is, Carnage’s objective was to come out of the meeting so that both sides can come up looking and smelling like roses, and from initial reactions, I think he succeeded. The elbows up crowd are claiming victory, and congratulating Carnage, while those on the other side… OUR side… are suggesting that Carnage walked right into a bear trap.
Everyone is happy, right? Well… I’m not.
Doesn’t anyone realize that Carnage has very quickly established a rep of talking out of both sides of his mouth? He is a habitual, chronic, some would say “psychopathic” LIAR, and I don’t trust him at all when he tries to play nice-nice with Trump.

        1. fc
” some would say “psychopathic” LIAR,”….so katholik you say????

          1. ???? So little you know about Catholicism. Knowing you so well, I am not surprised.
Catholics are not only allowed to DISCERN, but they are COMPELLED to discern.
There’s a fine line between discernment, and judgment. Catholics must not judge, but they MUST discern.
            Get it?

No? Still a little fuzzy? Well then, let me give you a hockey analogy being a former referee and all:
Referees assess penalties when there’s a violation of the rules. That’s JUDGEMENT.
But in the dressing room, refs can make the observation that one of the teams played really dirty. That’s DISCERNMENT.

            Capeesh?

Oh… and once again, my undying gratitude for showing the masses how stupid and ignorant you really are.

    2. You aren’t too far off base with the KC intermediary suggestion. Trump is, for some reason, enamored with UK royalty, and has a disproportionate amount of respect for them. KC, at one point, suggested US entrance into the commonwealth, which I haven’t heard spoken about again recently. Trump stated that he was affable to that suggestion, and willing to consider it. This is how the UK would be best served in pulling Canada out of the corner they painted themselves into. It would certainly put the UK in a better negotiating position not only with the US over their own tariff concerns, but also with the post-Brexit EU (brokering US/EU trade through UK markets could make them filthy rich if Trump accepts it). We shall see..

      1. Trump was simply humouring Jimmy Savile’s royal buddy. There is no serious talk whatsoever about affiliating with the shadow of a failed Empire.

    3. The only thing Charles has to offer Canada is as brief a visit as humanly possible.

You seem to be at around 1840 in your reading of Canadian history. I told you before, we are not a colony and “the Crown” is really the State. These British monarchs are just a sort of good luck token, they have absolutely no role to play in governing Canada which is basically a republic pretending to be a constitutional monarchy.

Even pro-Trump and anti-globalist Canadians are getting tired of this 51st state b.s., we didn’t ask and we don’t want it. Some would like independence from Ottawa. There’s no way they are going to roll the dice and see what happens the next time America installs a communist as president.

      1. The 51 was never serious. It was a very effective trolling exercise.

There’s no way Trump wants 20 million new DeMarxist voters, it would change the dynamic of America permanently to a failing socialist state. It’s far better to let Alberta divorce the Laurentian’s then adopt them.

  7. PeePee will never be PM just like his last two predecessors, I was correct before and I’ll continue to be correct when I say he won’t lead Canada or a western separatist government. I was not surprised so many westerners have been groomed and indoctrinated to support the CPC this time, let alone next time, which the boomers and cucks will continue to do because Orange Man bad

    1. PP will not become PM. There may be a change in the current demographic with more younger people voting in the majority for the cons, but that will take two or more election cycles before it works to the cons advantage, assuming that trend continues. PP will be long gone by then.
PP will also not be leading any separatist movement either. He is a fully-committed federalist.
However, I find your comments about the west being “indoctrinated” to be highly offensive. If anything, the Alberta electorate is based, and wide awake, and their patience is running thin. Maybe not enough to vote for independence now, but allow Canada to continue abusing the province the way it has been these past 40 years, culminating in the last election cycle, and you may see that that too can change. If there has been any electorate that’s been brainwashed and indoctrinated, it’s the people who voted based on “Canada Strong” (Canada is anything but), or “Elbows up.”

    2. I can’t take comments like yours seriously. You obviously have no idea what the political terrain will look like come the next election. If the economy is in shambles or if Carney seriously goes after NetZero, PP could very well become PM.

    3. What child you are with your infantile schoolyard slogans and references to PP and Orange Man.
Having said that, did you have to say that out loud and prove it to the world?

  8. Electorally speaking, Canadians completely ignored the last 10 years of incompetent governance because they believed we needed a leader who could “stand up” to Trump, even if no one could ever define what “stand up” might possibly mean, beyond some empty bromides about “elbows up” and the relationship with the US being “over”. In return, we are now treated to this nothingburger. Undoubtedly, Carney’s water carriers are working overtime to spin this into another “great statesman” performance.

    1. “they believed we needed a leader who could “stand up” to Trump, even if no one could ever define what “stand up” might possibly mean, beyond some empty bromides about “elbows up” and the relationship with the US being “over”. In return, we are now treated to this nothingburger.”

Yes, just as all the reasonable, rational posters here predicted…because all the bluster, threats and bravado notwithstanding, Canada really had *nothing* to fight with. And Trump knew it….as did Carney himself. Both men knew damn well that Carney would be making a quick trip to Washington to kiss the ring and beg forgiveness after the election, as would Poilievre if he had been smart enough (or courageous enough) not to fall for the obvious trap the Liberals laid for him.

“Elbows up!” was nothing more than an election strategy designed to get gullible Canadians back on the Liberal bandwagon. It worked.

  9. Paraphrasing Thomas Sowell: “People will forgive you for being wrong, but will never forgive you for being correct [and them wrong].”

Whether it’s this recent political episode or the Covid years, the Canadian Sheeple will NEVER be able to admit that they were SUCKERED!!!

      1. Mostly, but I grew up in Vancouver so am cursed with knowing many there too!

      2. Sheeple from coast to coast.
BC residents are some of the worst tyrannical Covidiots in the country. And there’s a lot of competition!

    1. OTOH … Trump not so much as even referenced PeePee. He’s a dead man walking to Trump. PeePee is worse than an enemy … he a guy who purports to be on your team, but stabs you in the back because he not really on the same team … at all.

Gavin Newscum got more airtime with HIS train to nowhere than PeePee’s train to oblivion. Trump even PRAISED Carney’s debate … a rather backhanded insult to the master orator, PeePee.

      1. Yeah… I found that quite an astounding comment. I watched the English debate, and I would find anyone suggesting the Carnage won hands down not to be credible (and that includes Trump). PP smoked carnage, especially when pressed on the question of his security clearance.

  10. “Elbows up” has morphed into “Elbows touching the knees”.

  11. One more… Freeland should pack her bags. She is toast. Was Joly implicated as well?

    1. Another astounding comment by Trump was when he denigrated the Fraulien, if he knew that the man sitting next to him is the Godfather to the Fraulien’s kid(s).
That was truly remarkable, and I’m wondering if that was deliberate, or if Trump really didn’t know about Carnage’s personal relationships.

      1. He knows and did it purposely. He knows Carney doesn’t really give a crap about that title.
He knows Carney is a WEF sycophant.

  12. admittedly there are aspects of the entire election run up and post analysis l dont get. but my takeaway from the whole thing and knowing Cdn political history, is basically, ye gawds Canadian voters are a cringe inducing, spectacularly gullible, blinkered, short memory deficient, pathetic bunch of LOSERS.
and no change in sight except the distinct possibility its just going to keep getting worse until huge swaths of our cities resemble san francisco. and then get worse than that.

    1. Especially the boomers who basically f$&#@d Canada by overwhelmingly voting for the same corruption.
I’m a boomer who voted conservative but I know too many of my age group that drank the Kool-aid.

  13. Canadian Prime Minister scores great victory over odious Orange Man Bad..as seen through Ottawa Rosey’s eyes.
Did anyone really expect different behaviour for Carney?
    He is a Liberal.

  14. Yes. You’re right. But you see, li’l Pee-pee is just a natural born chicken.

He was a chicken ref Christine Anderson.

He’s been too chicken to call out all this green energy shit for the scam that it is.

He was too chicken to speak out about the mandatory jabs.

He was too chicken to speak out about our loss of freedoms during the Wuhan shit.

He was too chicken to call Trump.

He’s got the killer instincts of Bambi.

    1. Bulls-eye! Which is why I will not afford any more hope to invest in PP. If you followed any of my previous posts on the subject, you’d know that I’ve always had misgivings about PP. I never trusted him, but I supported him because he was, so to speak, “the lesser of two evils.” He was the best alternative we had to the previous regime, but as you said, he lacked the killer instinct, and who knows why he pulled his punches, but I have a nagging feeling that my mistrust of PP was fully warranted.

      1. You’re right but with the media going full bore on Orange Man Bad many of those platforms wouldn’t have mattered.
Many Canadians still believe that the pandemic was real, most still believe in n Global Warming. All Liberal voters believe Carney cancelled the Carbon Tax.
        Stupidity is hard to overcome.

  15. Metaphorically speaking DJT undressed the emperor without the emperor even having a clue . Enjoy the net zero decline Canada , you voted for it . It’s too bad your rotten self interest will do harm to the rest of us .

  16. From the Hulk to Brucie in a Carney second.

Talk about taking a knee, he makes Justin’s knee look almost masculine.

Why do women vote for these quasi-men?

    1. Damn, I wish I thought of that. Perfect!!

We all knew the whole elbows up, booing the anthem etc was theatre to get the sheep of Canada busy himming and hawing and gnashing their teeth. Too funny and too predictable. Little Dougie Ford played the same game with his Liberal supporters in Ontario. “I’m cutting off the power!” to “meow” in record time.

I don’t hate Canadians but I do pity them.

“Twelve voices were shouting in anger, and they were all alike. No question, now, what had happened to the faces of the pigs. The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.“

    2. … because Carney is a whore, who will give up anything for power and money … even his own dignity. Even Canadian dignity. We MEN … here in the locker room … know EXACTLY how that works.

  17. There was nothing Carney could have done here to avoid a critical post on SDA. If Trump had lashed out at him, Carney would have been seen as weak. The meeting is cordial and Robert is working over time to spin that to fit the narrative.

    1. “The meeting is cordial” Sure Ivan, cause that’s what Canadians were promised. Cordial. Trump just told me how its going to be, but it was cordial. Go home little man, and take whats coming. Some elbows.

Tribalism is indicative of 0 critical thought Ivan Librano.

      1. ““The meeting is cordial” Sure Ivan, cause that’s what Canadians were promised. Cordial. ”

It didn’t have to be…Trump showed more maturity and class to Carney than I would have. I would have treated him like Trump treated Zelensky: embarrassed him and showed him to be a fool.

      1. Ivan L is just one of the brainwashed that I eluded to earlier in this thread.

    2. In the heat of the election campaign, if any one of the leaders said that he would seek out a “cordial” post-election meeting with Trump, he would have been pilloried by all the others, with Poilievre getting the worst of that. Instead, we were relentlessly told that it was going to be “elbows up” and that the relationship with the US was “over”. That doesn’t sound like a cordial approach to me, particularly when some suggested that Trump be cast out of the G7. But now that King Carney has been safely ensconced in the PM’s office, I guess cordiality is the order of the day. You can’t have this both ways.

      1. “In the heat of the election campaign, if any one of the leaders said that he would seek out a “cordial” post-election meeting with Trump, he would have been pilloried by all the others, with Poilievre getting the worst of that. ”

And that’s when a REAL leader would have stepped up and exposed the whole “elbows up” scam as the obvious election strategy that it was. He would have pointed out to Canadians the real danger we were facing by antagonizing Trump into a trade war that could have devastated our entire economy and that we could NOT POSSIBLY WIN.

He would have also challenged all these newly-feisty Canadians to name the *specific* actions that they thought they could use to ‘fight’ the US with. “Go ahead, tough guy…tell me exactly how you intend to ‘fight’ against an economy ten times larger than yours…I’ll wait…”

That’s what a REAL leader would have done. Too bad we don’t have one leading the CPC.

    3. “There was nothing Carney could have done here to avoid a critical post on SDA.”

He could have said he was going to build some pipelines, lower our taxes and take a page out of #OrangeManBad’s playbook and created a Doge here. I’d have given him a thumbs up.

But he will never, ever do any of those things. He might say them, but it’ll be a lie. And that is why we don’t like him.

      1. I remind you that the only world leader Trump has PRAISED and spoke of in such glowing personal terms … is Dear Leader Xi. Yep, Carney measures up very favorably to Chairman Xi.

    4. We were promised elbows up! Trump is going to steal Canada!! Carney wasn’t going to meet Trump until he quit talking about 51st state.

Damn, the memory of canucks is shorter than the summer here.

      1. Oops mixed up my bluebloods.
I have been having images of Carney Mike Meyers and Mr.Bigglesworth all baby oiled up at the Diddy crib.

  18. The liberal voter is the useful idiot. Used to think humanity evolves beyond its past mistakes but no doubt patterns will continue.

  19. I’m kind of shocked that you guys have never seen a politician lie before. Or more apt, misdirect and patronize.
The Fentanyl issue was the focus of Carney’s comments. That doesn’t interfere with his deep ingrained positions of importance. Security in the Arctic? Well, those funds had been appropriated before his arrival. The $6.6 Billion (including the new missile early warning system just purchased from Australia for $6 Billion) was already in the previous budget. And, it’s still miniscule, but provides him with the ability to suggest he’ll do it. He won’t. There’s actually a treaty up in the Arctic with the residents that defense patrols can’t go into certain areas so as to avoid violating nature.

The term “tariff” was not mentioned once in this performance. And, let’s face it. That’s the primary concern of most people in Canada. Carney inherited a “lemon.” While most people would be chagrined by such, he sees it as an opportunity to go full tilt on his primary and passionate focus…environmental justice. That’s where he’s going to funnel all the grants and appropriations. At the same time he’s going to try and gain a tighter relationship with the EU. How he juggles his passion while still holding onto Alberta seems like an impasse to me. I, actually, think this guy is willing to let standard industry and manufacturing wither on the vine forcing Canadians to take the environmental “clean energy” path out of necessity to exist. He’s that much of a zealot.

    1. Orson, that’s what he says in his book, but the whole book is probably a lie written by an assistant.

He gets something out of being PM. Now that he’s been elected, he will probably do what Chretien did. Jean Chretien cut the size of the public service by a huge amount when he got in. 25% were fired and not replaced. More than what Harper cut. Nobody said a word about it at the time.

Unfortunately what’s needed is more like a 75% cut and taxes cut to match. Liberals will never do that. They don’t believe in Canada or in private enterprise.

      1. Here’s are the buzz words that I expect to show up in a not too distant public appearance speech from Carney:

        “This is the new normal.”

When you hear those words start preparing.

  20. Three questions:

Having put him in power, how many Boomers, Wine Hags of Canada, Alphabet People, Ecotards and Media Gravy Drinkers will suffer from any kind of cognitive dissonance when they see this?

When can I legally start throat punching the fckers?

And is Marx Carbon’s middle name Grovel?

  21. For all the Carney voters out there who are feeling a bit down realizing they were played like chumps…ask your doctor if MAID is right for you.

  22. If I were Trump, I would have publicly taken Carney to task over supply mismanagement, perhaps by stating that the US would consider cutting tariffs if progress was made on that issue. That issue has a lot of critics on this side of the border, so that could have driven some wedges between the government and the dairy cartel.

    1. ^ +1

Very surprised he didn’t but who knows what will come in the next days and weeks

      1. “^ +1

Very surprised he didn’t but who knows what will come in the next days and weeks”

Likewise. It’s inevitable, so why not lay the groundwork now?

  23. Origami doesn’t fold quite as neatly..
Regardless, this is what was seen. Hopefully, what was unseen, was a direct warning to push back against China’s encroaching interference and malign influence.

  24. I watched the end of the presser with Trump and Carnage. Carnage looked like he had just been gut punched. Despite all the bravado and bluff of Canada (Ford, Carnage etc) Trump said yeah we are going to tariff Canada’s cars and steel and aluminium and…. The United Empire Loyalists in Ontario just lost the war of independence all over again. I wonder where they will run to this time. We know last time they left the US for the British Colony but King Upchuck doesn’t have the army to fight and even if he did he doesn’t have the navy or air force to get them to Canada to fight for the former colony. BTW I’m a HUGE ALBERTA INDEPENDENCE supporter.

  25. At the risk of getting slapped down by Kenji, let me proffer the following:

I don’t think that Gavin Newsom is Woke or Far Left. I think he’s just a typical politician with no ethics or values who says what he needs to in order to get elected and stay in power. Ditto wrt Mark Carney.

    1. If you mean to suggest that Newscum is simply a whore who will allow Trump to grab him by his own pu$$y if that meant keeping his political skin … as referenced above by The one and only C … then I agree with you. Newscum is a political whore. He is Narcissus personified … a man who adores his own reflection more than anything.

But back here in the real world … Newscum has actually: made gay “marriage” legal, made it illegal for a teacher to tell parents their middle school daughter is pretending to be a boy, prevented registrar of voters to ask about citizenship or demand ID’s, invested heavily in a mythical “high speed” train from Modesto to Clovis, given illegal aliens full Medi-Cal coverage, allowed the State to burn, created a $50m fund to STOP Trump, ended single family zoning … it goes on. He is a massive leftist fool … if not simply tool.

  26. Re: Mario Zelaya, more people need to listen to immigrants from dictatorships. They recognize the patterns of where we are headed.

  27. What I heard was “yes Mr. President”.

But it’s not what you say (as we know) it’s what you do. It will be interesting to see what Carney does going forward. Increases military spending toward 5%? Restructures the auto industry? No more oil & gas to China?

  28. Pre election Carney said the Canada/US relationship as it was is over.

If Carney slyly meant a now closer relationship, I am all for that.

  29. Thinking about it in retrospect, this is the natural, logical outcome. From what I gathered through the media, the Canadian Carney voting public were of the general “Huuuh.. Carney is a smart guy.. he was like a banker an sh!t, so he’s good with money. He’s gonna kick Trump’s ass because .. banker..”. But, what does that actually mean? That means that Trump, who has been at the game of playing hardball and cutting favorable deals with project financiers and investment bankers for over 40 years, long before Carney was even born, saw this man coming from a mile away. Where Canadians saw their ‘Zenenskyi’ style savior of Canada, who was born to humble Trump.. Trump just saw another shiftless banker to be dealt with, like all the others who came before him, and treated him accordingly. I mean, Trump already knew this man, and what he was made of.. what did people realistically think was going to happen in such a scenario?

  30. Carney had a friendly meeting that didn’t accomplish anything.. The only thing that has changed is from here on out Carneys liberal government is responsible.. Mr. Economic miracle is going to borrow his way out of this and our dollar will be below 50 cents before Christmas..

    Apparently its what we wanted..

  31. I read on X that Carney has gone from Elbows Up to Pucker Up.

Good news is it will be Ontario & Quebec feeling this fiasco. They’ll come looking for oil money to bail them out and it won’t be there.

  32. Okay. Carnage is the result of Kanadian stupidity.
If you look at any nationwide poll or electoral results it always comes up 60% Socialist and 40% Conservative. This time it was 42% Conservative and 58% Socialist.
It will always be 60/40 or close to it.
Those in the 60% will always support Lieberals, Dippers, Watermelons or any other whackjob communist party. They WILL NEVER support CPC, PPC or any other right wing party.
In this case, the Turd was replaced, Jughead decimated the Dippers and the Watermelons pulled candidates to help the Lieberals.
The PPC did not cause the CPC to lose. Besides, if the CPC were actually conservative, there would be no PPC.
Dippers voted Lieberal. Watermelons voted Lieberal. Me Generation Boomers of the GTA, Montréal, Ottawa and Vancouver areas voted Lieberal. The demographic of Carleton changed as well as the electoral boundaries. Carleton became a snivel servant and migrant riding, which votes Lieberal. The 90 idiots who ran did not lose PP’s seat as anyone voting form them would have been from the 60%.
It brings up why Lieberals want to get rid of “First Past the Post”. Because of the 60/40 split, it will guarantee the Lieberals will forever be the Natural Governing Party.
Kanadians sheeple remain just too stupid to vote.

  33. Trump obviously has intel reports on what Trudeau cabinet people were saying about him when they thought they were alone. This would surprise nobody in Canada as it’s what 90% of Canadians say about Trump on a regular basis. Beyond that, I wonder if Trump believes Dominion Voting Systems is (a) largely responsible for what he sees as an election steal in 2020 and (b) a creation of the Liberal Party of Canada under Justin’s watch?

If so he would be looking to settle scores. Carney can claim to have nothing to do with any of that, probably he’s not entirely innocent but he seems to be avoiding Trump’s vengeful wrath so far.

Maybe they met before somewhere. Maybe they know things about each other. Mutual blackmail is as sound a foundation for political stability as anything else.

  34. Thai needs to be on Pornhub under simp porn. That was gross. Kind of like me grovelling to a girlfriend after an argument when I was young thinking that there were no others.

  35. During the Carney-Trump meeting the following happened…

“The Houthis have announced … that they don’t want to fight any more. They just don’t want to fight. And we will honour that. And we will we will stop the bombings. And they have capitulated,” he [Trump] said alongside Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney.

“They’ve said, ‘Please don’t bomb us any more. We’re not going to attack your ships,'” Trump said.

The Houthis have yet to publicly comment.

It reminds me of the Iranians which I suspect Trump is trolling. Go ahead, make my day.

  36. Why negotiate with Carney? After another few years of libs in power the US can get Canada at bargain basement rates from the First Nations.

  37. Did anyone else catch Carney “I was elected to transform Canada”?
    No he wasn’t!!
The vote was split down the middle.
