  2. What do you expect as a fruit of the racist Gladue decision?

    Under what the court considered, the assailant Isaac Davis, shouldn’t go to jail, because he grew up in poverty, had an abusive father, and one or more of his ancestors went to residential schools, which means that he has such poor impulse control that he drove to the scene of an accident, and engaged in an assault causing sufficient bodily harm that the victim suffered brain damage.

    One might ask the court if they plan to also give him a pass the next time he shows poor impulse control, and what skills he might learn while living at home for 2 years.

    1. I agree. What this says is that aboriginals are inferior as individuals. They cannot be held responsible for their actions regardless of how heinous they may be. It also states that individuals are NOT equal before the law. That some are inferior because of their background and cannot learn from experience. The Gladue decision is thus blatantly racist, just as are the quota requirements of all DEI principles.

One thing that Canadians need to understand about Canada’s criminal justice system is that in the late 1970s, when that filthy communist, degenerate Pierre Elliott Trudeau along with his vile, corrupt monster Justice Minister Jean Cretin got together and produced what’s known as a “White Paper” on the criminal justice system reform, rehabilitation and prison incarceration.
    .
    A “White Paper”, produced by a government is an official document, going forward that is to be implemented nationwide in regards to some action the government will take on a policy.
    The “White Paper” on criminal justice Reform was all about creating a justice system in Canada that was designed to drastically reduce criminal penalties, criminal incarceration and to increase the rights of criminals at the expense of the rights of the victims of crime. That is it in a nutshell.
    It ACTUALLY stated in this “White Paper” that going forward the government was now going to put the rights of criminals AHEAD of the rights of the victims of crime.
    This “White Paper”, this new official government policy moving forward that was written in the 1970s has led us exactly to where we are today.
    I have read 10,000 comments, on 10,000 articles, at 10,000 different times in the last 40 years of people asking what is going on in this country in regards to crime and criminals, specifically the leniency and the disregard for victims.
    What is happening today was put in plan in the late 1970s by Pierre Elliott Trudeau and Jean Cretin and the Liberal Party government of Canada.

      I am old and I this is the first time I have seen Canada as an undesirable place to try to live prosper in.

  6. In 2025 Gladue Principals provide natives a ‘get out of jail’ card in perpetuity.

    How will that work in 2525, still oppressed and traumatized if background includes inter-generational trauma of residential schools? Perhaps, if the schools and western infrastructure were eliminated, they would embrace their heritage and freely roam without the benefits on any western culture, foods, and devices.
    Enabled, the Aboriginal offenders would be less offended and return to their indigenous ancestors folkways living as an indigene in a harmonious enclave, sequestered, safe and allowed their autochthonous freedoms in perpetuity.

  8. Nothing… and I repeat… NOTHING is more divisive in any society as different groups being treated differently by a corrupt justice system.

    I don’t care what your heritage and upbringing is. There is absolutely ZERO EXCUSE for an unprovoked attack, even if the attack doesn’t produce a serious injury. In a free society, EVERYONE must be treated EQUALLY under the law. A society cannot function otherwise.
    The left have destroyed this country, economically, culturally, and historically. There’s nothing left of this country to salvage. It is beyond contempt in it’s corruption, and it’s no longer even worth the effort to try and save it.

    The way I see it now, the only way to “save” what’s left of this country, is to let it be destroyed under the weight of its own corruption, and to start over again from scratch.
