5. My understanding is that T D Bank didn’t even have a money laundering deterrent in place. That was part of the reason they got hit with about $8 Billion in penalties. I, also, understand that despite obvious collusion of T D Bank management, there have been absolutely no charges filed against any of them. This is after T D Bank employees admitted to acceptance of bribes and acted on threats.
