  1. It was $50K last year. Ford is onto a money-making strategy. The fewer EV’s they sell the less money they lose.

    1. In related news … Gavin Newsom and his fa&&otty butt Buddy, Scott Weiner have doubled-down on the CA EV mandate. No ICE vehicles can be sold in CA after 2030. Period.

That will either reduce the losses Ford incurs on each EV … or it will drive (sorry) them out of business. CA would actually CHEER the latter as they desperately need riders on the storm of their train of ghost riders going nowhere.

    2. And the good news is that losses on EV sales grew from $4.7 Billion in 2023 to $5.1 Billion in 2024. A winning strategy, especially with the government EV rebate likely on the DOGE chopping block.

  2. And an entire plant full of Ford employees in Oakville remains on indefinite layoff as plans to build a new compact EV SUV have been shelved

  3. Build a uranium battery car and I might be interested.
Call it the Uranus – the first asshole without emissions.

  4. Ford’s cumulative losses on EVs are approaching $17 billion. That a company can be this badly managed is amazing.

  5. Ford is just another corporate whore. It could have/should have spoke out years ago against this EV bullshit but chose to ride the subsidy gravy train and contribute to the effin green slime mess we’re in.
