1. Heard it somewhere (busy morning shoveling, maybe on FOX?) that Musk commented (and I paraphrase) that he wished there was another way to push fiscal responsibility and restraint. But that certain representatives did not get the message, are not on board and are up to their usual tricks to lard up bills. That the only remaining option is to get rid of them.

      If my memory serves correctly, there was a bill present to congress, a few years ago, to stop or limit co-orate political donations The R’s voted it down, as it was a D-bill. So grifting is strong on both sides of the house.

   3. He’s easy to hate because he’s an envy magnet. Super-rich because super-talented! It’d be nice if the hate would slow down a bit because he’s not handsome or charismatic, but for some people that only aggravates the inflammation.

   The Democrats purposely chose the dimmest bulbs to bring these cases, knowing there was always the risk of disbarment or even criminal prosecutions against them, for these terrible lawfare cases.

3. In a perfect system, ‘riders’ to bills would be forbidden…if an idea is good enough to be passed into law it should be able to stand on its own. Kamala Harris whined over and over again about the evil Republicans shooting down a so-called “bi-partisan border bill” during the US election, when in reality the bill failed mostly because of billions of dollars in foreign war spending that was tacked onto this “bi-partisan border bill” (which is probably also why several Democrats voted against it). No media interviewer bothered correcting her.
