Unlocking Self Sufficiency

National Post- Ontario resident who wants both a vagina and penis wins public funding for unique surgery

Ontario has been ordered to pay for unique surgery for a resident who is seeking to have a vagina constructed while leaving their penis intact.

Denying the procedure would infringe on the person’s Charter-protected right to security of the person, an Ontario court said in its ruling.

The unanimous decision by a three-member panel of judges of Ontario’s Divisional Court could expand access to “bottom surgery” for people who identify as non-binary, meaning neither fully male nor fully female.

    1. Since when is it the responsibility of the Canadian Tax Payer to fund the perverted sex life of an obviously mentally ill fool who wants it both ways and then some … What is the cost of such an experimental surgery? What is the cost of any surgery?

Canadians are now so mentally ill from 8 years of WEF directed government by Trudeau and his clowns and freaks, they think that most of the insanity we are experiencing is normal.

  1. Saw an interesting comparison to last generation’s uptick in emo/goth folks and how they largely disappeared after a solid 5 +/- years of showing us their ways… somehow this seems a rather painful way of invoking your “right to be different” and with the recent news from Mayo Clinic showing an increase in cancer risk, you have to wonder if the medical wonders which enable one to have both physical sex units attached, is worth the risk.

Is this the new version of “snuff video” which takes 5 years to unwind? I’d throw the dice on a long long list of other ways to make “only fans” money before embarking on this route.

Are those supporting this going to drive them to their medical checkups for forever?
What if this person decides to de-transition? Still going to “be there for them”?

Hope they’re 5x vaxed. Wouldn’t want them to catch anything along the way with a compromised immune system.

  2. But there’s no Charter infringement when government coerces everyone into taking an experimental vax?

  3. Had ontario not already constructed a “penis” for a “vagina owner” while keeping the “vagina”, at taxpayer expense, maybe the judges wouldn’t have ruled the way they did.

What’s not explained is why we are paying for cosmetic procedures, and why there are licensed doctors in ontario willing to make more frankenbodies.

    1. He has to go to Texas to get this done. Question for the judges and Health Ontario. Did anyone ask if this has been done and was it successful? How many times? Follow-up medical interventions? The body will want to repair the hole and close-up the incision on it’s own, so they are going to find another way to prevent another completely natural process from occurring?

  4. I’m curious what would happen if someone identified as a non-person. It’s the same basic premise as “non-binary” but, actually more believable.

“I don’t consider myself an person because I see myself as strictly a scientific collection of cells etc. that just coincidentally and serendipitously interact with other cells providing me with motor skills etc.”

What would be the point of that you ask? Well, I don’t believe the tax code would apply to such a scientific conglomerate.

  5. Who says this is cosmetic? The devil is in the details and geometry. It could be designed to be fully functional.

So, when one tells this person to “go f+++ yourself” the response could be: “With pleasure!”

  6. That’s the best thread heading I’ve seen in a long time! 🙂

So, a pussy, dick, and an arsehole all in one. Why would anyone want to to be a Joostaihn?

  7. So three dickheads are going to screw over the tax payer so someone else can go f**k themselves?

  8. As a Canadian I am repulsed by this. I do not pay taxes to fund the nut of the month clubs. I do not fund so the left can create suicdal frankentrannies. The reasons for doing this nonsense are all smoke and mirrors. The bottom line, is, you cannot switch sexes even if you had the most gifted surgeon ever born. You will be a bastardized version of whatever you were born with.

  9. “Denying the procedure would infringe on the person’s Charter-protected right to security of the person, an Ontario court said in its ruling.”

I want to launch a class action suit against the Liberal and Democratic parties and have these three judges adjudicate. My charter protected rights, along with many other right thinking Canadians, were violated when the Dumb and Dumber parties removed my God given right to self defence, security of my person, by prohibiting gun ownership of pistols and hand guns.

I’ll have to look up how to start a Give-Send-Go fund on the internet to start the proceeding but since it’s a no lose case I’ll have no trouble getting millions from the coffers and pension funds of the Libs?Dips! I mean after all little Omar got $10 million.

Ummmm…correct me if I’m wrong. But, I believe that quote is functionally and fundamentally inaccurate. The plaintiff is (according to the ruling) “non-binary” (my quotes). As such, that would make “them” non-singular. Hence, the use of the word “person” (inarguably referencing singular) is not applicable.

I’d include that in my appeal.

  10. Me thinks a judge should pass a mental health test before setting on the bench. This is colon level stupid!

  11. I’d be disgusted but something will top this for sure.
It will only stop when people actually act like they have had enough.

  12. Didn’t Bill Maher just say that Canada’s “Free” Healthcare costs MORE and does LESS for Canadians than any other modernized Western Country on the planet?

But if you need a fake Gina you go to the front of the line … to get a front hole ?

  13. Someone appointed these three judges. Who? and Why? It was a great pity that Stephen Harper left office with many unfilled judicial and Senate appointments that he could have made. I dearly hope that Pierre Poilievre, should he be able to maintain his current popularity and form a majority government doesn’t make the same mistake and that his government will address the results of the past ten years of lawfare against common sense.

  14. The next maroon that talks about the wonderful canadian medical system better s t f u .

  15. I guess that means I’ll be able to get my dick replaced. Unhappy with its color.
