Also note the nearest known sample to SARS2 was RaTG13 at 4% different. But Baric had two bat viruses called “293” and “HK3,” that were ~2% closer to SARS2. Both of those samples were patented by Baric in 2018.

How did we get from the virus patented by Baric to the virus from Wuhan? Also, patents are public knowledge.
The Secrecy Act (1951) allows hidden patents. And, when DARPA is involved, that’s most of them. Some of the more conspiracy minded out there believe there are patents on hand for the cure to cancer that remain outside the view of the public. I doubt that. It’s not clarified, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Baric’s patent(s) were under confidentiality veil. The same can probably be said for whatever those biolabs came up with in Ukraine.
The wayback machine shows March 22,2020 as the first time it was archived from google patents, and the patent itself shows it as “published” in 2017 April before being assigned to NIH in May 2017.
