January 18, 2024: Reader Tips

This evening we travel back to the early naughts to present a series of videos from BMW Films entitled The Hire – featuring Clive Owen. Sure, they are nothing more than fancy car ads but they’re fun. Hope you like ’em!

Your most interesting recent tips are appreciated.

    1. Joe – Biden will be demanding a full inquiry into this breakdown of the criminal justice system and will get to the bottom of this corruption scandal.
Sort of like a Side Show Bob episode.

  1. China Observers Seem Disappointed by Kinzhal’s [Ruϟϟischeschweinen ballistic missile] Performance in Ukraine
    https://www.businessinsider.com/china-russia-kinzhal-hypersonic-missiles-disappointed-ukraine-dongfeng-war-2024-1

Even ChiComs, who were somewhat sympathetic to the human-facying pigs, are now acknowledging the obvious. That won’t stop schweinie-lovers here from posting their “hypersonic” BS about “missiles the West can do nothing about”, though. I remember this shit posted here well after those missiles (which old Poo declared “impervious to all existing and arguably future defence systems”) were shot down in droves in Ukraine by the Patriot missile defence system (which old Poo declared “obsolete and not a problem to us”).

Schweinie-lovers, especially the right-wing schweinie-lovers, never learn because they don’t want to – being in denial is a pre-requisite.

  2. Coincidentally, a high-res video of another “analogovnet”, more specifically the Ruϟϟischeschweinen T-90 tank (declared by old Poo to be “the best tank in the world”) getting pummeled by the US-made Braley IFV has just surfaced.
    https://twitter.com/gloooud/status/1747741801451045078

Very much worth watching, as the detail level is much better than with most drone footage. The T-90 appears to be completely blinded by the withering autocannon fire from Bradley, unable to fire back. As far as I understand, the crew later abandoned their wrecked tank and was part killed part taken prisoner.

So their “best” tank can be taken down by an IFV (infantry fighting vehicle, i. e. light armour).

      1. Simply out of curiosity, do you also classify the satellite imagery of dead people on the streets of Bucha and the footage of Russian military men sending an assortment of previously owned valuable from Belarus to their homes in Russia as “WEF propaganda”?

    1. Autocanons are deadly. Wrap your tank in ERA and let a burst from an autocannon detonate half of your ERA. You’re blind, your optics are gone, your situational awareness is gone (also infantry around you are gone and if they were riding the tank double gone). That is what happened here. But, and it is big but, IFVs should not be finding themselves hunting MBTs at point blank range. So things went wrong for both sides, but the skill and luck were on human side and not orc.

Of course your point is well taken T-90M is crap, and the war production tanks are only nominally Ms. They get inferior optics, night vision, fire control etc. Recently Ukrainians captured a T-90M Frankenstein that had parts of T-90M, older versions of T-90 and some T-72 in it. It was a path work contraption put together by what was available at depos. Not unusual at times of war, just pointing out that not all T-90Ms are created equal (but they are all crap or extra crap anyway).

      1. Putin says the T-90 is by far the best tank in the world.

I would tend to agree. Its turret tossing capability is excellent.

        1. JOKE
You down load that video game yet, you know, the turret tank tossing one.
Yup, that’s were that came from, butt that you are as stupid and gullible as the orcCOLON and the unDORK, and they are a pair of emotional driven twits. As I’v posted before, when the emotional area of the brain is active, it shuts down the frontal lobe, were reason and logic are processed .

          1. I’ve seen the fake turret toss looking like a pancake flip. I have also seen photos of 100 turrets laying next to their tank. They don’t do a 100 meter flip but when they blow with hatches down they do flip off their turrets.

      2. T-90 was actually meant to be called T-72BU, but that was changed because the orcs wanted to disassociate themselves from poor performance of T-72 during the First Gulf War as much as possible. I remember very well how everybody who mentioned how T-72 fared in the Gulf on any message board was soon drowned in Ruϟϟischeschweinen BS about those exploding Iraqi T-72 being either “downgraded export versions” or “Iraqi copies” and the reason for turret-tossing was asserted as being “extra ammo stored in the crew compartment”. It even made its way into Wikipedia (from my observations, Ruϟϟischeschweinen troll factories were operational years before their existence was acknowledged). Well, everybody can see now how much all that BS was worth, thankfully.

As to why Bradley was duelling with the tank, well, it apprears that Bradley is becoming the workhorse of the Ukrainian armour. Ukraine received a lot more of them from the West than they did MBTs and Bradleys appear to be much less demanding in terms of mantenance than e. g. Leo 2s (there was a report recently of most of the latter being out of action due to wear and tear and the inability of Ukrainians to perform qualified repairs in the field).

    2. @Surfer

Wow who knew that US military equipment could be effective!

With all that might obviously Ukraine’s most successful Spring & Summer offensive has been worth our +200 billion. On to Moscow next!

    1. Are they trying to shake down the feds? Yes.

Even if she gets the money, Chow will still go for a big tax hike.

  3. The word of the week at Davos is “authoritarianism”.

As in “the world is under siege by a growing trend of populist right-wing authoritarian governments”.

When you’re in a bun fight, accuse your opponent of doing what you are doing in an attempt to reduce the effectiveness of his argument.

  5. Just saw a clip of Howie Mandel interviewing RFK Jr. Howie claims no one ever stated the injections would prevent you from acquiring C19. Does depression or any of the medicines erase people’s memories?
    He’s a complete idiot.

    1. Actually, I believe that is correct. As an unvaccinated person, I was watching to see if they would claim actual prevention. They implied it in many ways, but an early statement was that they had not tested for that. Even when Ontario hospitals excluded unvaxed visitors, the officials did not claim it was to prevent transmission. Statements about this were deliberately ambiguous. Their actions made it look like the vax prevented transmission. That was deliberately deceptive and people were mislead.

      1. They repeatedly told the public you will not get C19 with an injection. Once injected people still got infected they called these breakthrough cases. Then they started telling people you can’t transmit the virus if you are injected, and no testing was done for that at all. Once that lie was exposed they said your chances of dying will be less than the unvaccinated, another lie. Forced injections are bad enough, imagine your government forcing a shot that they knew wouldn’t prevent infection. Everyone who willing took the shot without coercion absolutely believed it would keep them from getting C19, I don’t think they made that up in their own head.

        1. People beleved it because it was strongly implied. People also believed it because they think in general a vaccine prevents you from getting and transmitting an illness. These were not vaccines however. Another part of the deception. They obviously wanted people to believe the jabs would protect them. I believe their explicit claim was that they prevented serious illness. That also was not true.

  6. Aren’t you feeling secure in the Canadian government’s plans to bring in Sudanese “refugees” to Canada?

    1. The Middle East will not have peace until there is only one Muslim sect remaining.

If a nuke wiped out every Jew tomorrow, and a jihad finished off every non-Muslim infidel over the following month, there still wouldn’t be any peace in the Middle East. The different Muslim sects would start k!lling each other until the “one true” Islamic faith was left standing.

THEN there will be peace in the middle East…

…until some guy accidently k!lls his neighbor’s goat while raping it and a blood feud is started.

And of course a couple of decades ago she was one of the NDP councillors leading the demands to make Toronto a sanctuary city, which once passed ensured that illegals get at least all the services, if not more, than citizens and legal permanent residents.
