Did they mix up the uppers and downers? Normally Biden was pumped full of stimulants like during the blood red rant. Did he take his nappy nap pills by mistake?
Precisely what I was thinking. Even if nobody threw anything new at him, he would have been so drugged for the debate as to be almost unrecognizable in the first place.
I found a new word: Polypharmacy.
Taking 5+ medications.
