@FiveTimesAugust – Starting to notice a pattern with the type of people defending pedophilia and child trafficking… they all seem to look like pedophiles and child traffickers…
Because it doesn’t happen in real life unlike being born in the wrong body that happens all of the time.
While I’m sure that Hollywood and the media in general is full of pedophiles, this movie wasn’t made by the correct people. The idea that Mel Gibson could make a successful movie is abhorrent to them. Or, maybe you’re right, it hits just a little too close to the real thing.
The film didn’t get Harvey Weinstein’s splooge of approval. Too soon? Too crude? Deal with it … it’s a REAL world kiddies!

Not shocked at all, they truly are the enemy of the people. It’s the least underreported issue of our lifetime in my opinion which suggests complicity on their part. Depending on who you talk to 500,000 children are reported missing each year in the U.S. It should be a “Wait a minute…what the hell is going on here???!!!??” Instead the media blows smoke up our asses by claiming most are involved in child custody disputes and runaways.
I’ll go one step further and claim the alphabet agencies are in on the child trafficking biz.
And yeah, defenders have that look about them. I call it the “Patton Oswalt physiognomy”
In the interview between Jordan Peterson, and Tim Ballard, the former agent made the point that in the last 10 years, there have been 3 million unaccompanied minors brought across the border without any vetting of their destinations or the relatives to whom they were delivered. When my wife and I adopted our eldest daughter out of Bolivia, we had to go through all kinds of international legal hoops to prove our claims, including a court appearance with her parents where they publicly agreed to give up their rights to her future (she had been sold on the street to an American woman for $6 USD who then took her to an orphanage where we met her a few months later at age 5 months). The reason for the legal investigation was simple: a pair, claiming to be Swedish missionaries, had taken 24 children from the care of the Catholic church, and the children had just disappeared. While we were in country, there was an article in the local newspaper about children being killed by the drug cartels, having their organs harvested, and then the bodies’ cavities filled with drugs and sent to the US for burial to a grieving relative.
So while I am not an expert on this subject, I do have an understanding of how foul this trade in human life is. And my experience is from 33 years ago – it has not improved with the collapse of morality in our society.

Even though I read LOTS of conservative news the ONLY time I hear of Q-anon is on MSNBC. Sounds like a smoke screen to deflect discoveries of actual news.

Hell on earth
I’ve listened to a few interviews from the publicity tour and TBH I don’t know what to think. It’s all very melodramatic and sinister, but with little presented in the interviews to back it up.
If it’s all true then the melodrama is 10000% justified, but I don’t want to actually look into it for obvious reasons. So I kind of sympathise with people being a bit skeptical, especially with how credulous a lot of people turned out to be with the qanon stuff. I had quite a few around me IRL during covid who bought into it, so I saw all the forums and facebook groups and group chats… people seem to want to believe this stuff for some reason.
So IDK. If it’s true then we need to be hunting them and putting them down like diseased animals, I’ll happily do it myself. But we need more than a film made by a few people we never heard of before to start going crazy. That kind of hysteria can easily be turned to the wrong ends and we just end up with a global digital ID patriot act out of it.
