  1. It’s incredible! Everybody drove classic cars back then. Now, it’s a bit of a luxury to have one.
    [wink, wink]

  2. CBC must hate publishing this: “You get to ask the question, I get to answer it how I choose…I will not be silenced”. “Johnston is part of the Trudeau Foundation, so of course he wouldn’t want to investigate himself”. Poilievre calls out Trudeau’s ski buddy and the Trudeau Foundation conflict of interest.

    1. I have no idea why anyone would have expected a different result, especially after the emergency measures inquiry results. As for the reporter pushing about not answering the question – where have you been the last eight years while the whole Liebral government has failed to give a straight answer to any question?

  3. Award winning investigative journalist Rachel Gilmore reports on the latest Trump/Russia collusion.

“Russia’s new sanctions list includes some unexpected names that don’t seem to have much in common.
Except for one thing: Trump doesn’t like them.
    Here’s the latest:”

They even sanctioned the fine police officer (who is a POC) who defended the Capitol from domestic terrorist Ashli Babbitt!
Putin (and dRumpf) are both racists!

    1. David
Did Mayor “Bang his staff” spend all the fireworks “bang” moneys on hotel rooms before he vacated office?

    2. There is only so much money to go around and they have their priorities… like Pride and Eid celebrations.

    1. The death of cable TV is no more likely than the death of the newspaper.

  4. The elite want ordinary Canadians to give up their cars, and walk, bicycle or take public transit instead. But whenever a government decides to spend billions of tax dollars to build a new transit system, a fiscal disaster results, and public transit is made worse. The latest of these is in Montreal. It is the Canadian way.

“The phenomenon has become as predictably Canadian as the Toronto Maple Leafs breaking hearts: A multi-billion-dollar light rail transit project touted by politicians and promoters as a game-changer is behind schedule and over budget.

After Ottawa’s Confederation Line debacle, and Toronto’s Eglinton Crosstown fiasco, Montreal’s Réseau express métropolitain, or REM, is late. The first leg of the REM was twice delayed before. Now, after repeated assurances that it would finally begin running in the spring of 2023, the 16-kilometre segment of the LRT between the south-shore suburb of Brossard and downtown Montreal is set to miss another deadline.”
