Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Sounds like Canada is taking lessons from the U.S. Department of “Justice”.
No one should be surprised at this. Blair was an indecisive useless fart when he was Toronto’s chief of police. He botched the handling of the 2009 Tamil demonstrations. He made a shambles of managing security at the 2010 G20 Summit in Toronto. During Covid he so thoroughly screwed up border security that he helped produce the truckers strike. It should have been clear after two decades of experience with this moron that he can’t make an intelligent decision EVER.
cgh, Thank you for that post, you beat me to the punch.
Don, thanks for your kind words; I could add more. Blair was asked at the outset of the Ottawa strike on some aspect of his ministry’s response. He took three weeks to reply. Honestly, his visibility as a leader of any kind is positively subterranean. That’s why he fits the profile of a Justatwit minister: he’s a potted plant – just sits there doing nothing.
Perhaps that’s a virtue. Given the rancid stupidity of the ideas coming out of the Trudeau cabinet, perhaps its best that he doesn’t utter any of the contents of his perfectly empty head. All his ideas are bad ones.
The real question should be why a Freemason should have ever been a police chief to begin with.
Oh wait, because every police chief is a Freemason.
Weird…
Why are the guys that belong to secret societies always at the heads of such important positions? Why is it so important to have people who take oaths to others hat supersede their public oaths in such positions?
Hmmm…
Yup.
Bill Blair, proof rising to “Chief of Police’ takes no intelligence what so ever.
By brother Bill’s definitions an assault rifle is a 303 Lee Ensfield..Centre fire rifle developed for War,capable of repeat fire…
However,Bill Blair just like Ralph Vodka, from Saskatchewan are perfect examples of Liberal Yesmen.
Proof that “Yes. They really are that stupid”.
I don’t know if Blair is all that stupid.
The Liberal ideal is to have a completely disarmed nation, except for various militant Indian bands, and anything he can do to outlaw a firearm or discourage owners to the point they give them up to a “buy-back” program, is just fine with the Liberal party.
The important thing in politics is to be a “yes” man, that’s how you get ahead in any government, and people like Lametti, Blair, Mendocino have perfected this tactic.
Rob Ford ,when he was mayor ,wouldn’t renew Blair’s contract for chief. Blair’s brother Brad was fired as deputy commissioner of the OPP for revealing confidential OPP information. He lost big time when he tried to sue.
Seems to be a family trait.
L – Did Blair pass his RCMP security check vetting before being appointed
to cabinet? Oh silly me, given who else is in cabinet, vetting must now
be done by P.M. Trudeau, himself.
What could/has/and will gone wrong?
A Phd thesis topic for how Canada became a *post nation-state.
*(failed state)
Oh, Bill Blair another spineless imbecile in the collection of idiots lead by the oh-so rightfully honoured Prime Moron theTurd.
Unfortunately I know by heart quite a few names from his cabinet, in no particular order:
Lametti – a worm/yes-sir heading ‘Justice’,
Mendicino – the perfect rat,
Freeland – a twitchy midget hell-bent on destroying us-all,
Joly – the perfect clueless/deer-in-the-headlights,
Alghabra – I always picture him the way George Hampton on FB portrays him (with clown nose & shoes),
Seamus – what a useless dolt,
Guilbeault of course, head SS of eco-enforcement,
Duclos – the nazi responsible of ‘Health’ but in fact more into administering MAID/death etc etc.
You can’t be moral/have shame and be in Castro Jr’s cabinet.
That’s a pretty good list. I would only add to it by including Patty Hajdu, the stupidest Health Canada minister ever, the spectacularly corrupt Dominic Leblanc, Liberal bagman for New Brunswick who got Mark Norman fired for doing his job.
Anyone of any talent whatsoever has already been chased out by the perpetually insecure Justatwit and his ghouls Kate Telford and Gerald Butts. One of the few competent ministers left is Anita Anand who has done a rather decent job at Defence amid difficult circumstances.
But you are right; these are the useless ones and nothing more than a row of potted plants. Joly is quite spectacularly stupid and treacherous to those she employs. Her shenanigans in abandoning her Kyiv embassy staff was truly cowardice on display.
For the most part, Liberals aren’t dumb when it comes to their own interests. It was good for them to have China interfere with elections in a way that favoured Liberals. Obviously, the big delay was so Libs could tip the Chinese that CSIS was on to them and give them time to sanitize the environment before search warrants were issued.
