  6. Well there is good news. That scag was not elected by Calgarians either. There is a group in Alberta concerned about election fraud in May’s provincial vote. They cited that the mayoral race in Calgary was tabulated by machine and the ballots were immediately destroyed. Sure smells like a cheat. This is how notly will win in May.

    With regards to the parents bringing their children to these patently disgusting grooming events, it’s interesting how the hard left who usually and dependably minimizes parental authority are justifying these events based on the fact that parents are bringing their children to them and therefore mustn’t be interferred with; ergo, they argue, parents authority trumps all. And yet when parents show up at board meetings with complaints about all this dangerous gender ideology crap, they’re demonized.

  15. I knew she was going to be Mayor the moment I saw her campaign flyers and posters -which was about 6 months before anybody else started campaigning. I knew Calgarians would not be able to resist voting in a far left visible minority female in place of their beloved Nahid Nenshi – the worlds first far left gay muslim mayor.

      You should see their hockey website. I have no idea how organized sport fans can be so left-wing, especially in a right-wing province like Alberta where oil and gas (the bane of the left) are the primary wealth producers, followed by farming / ranching (also not popular with the left). They also like gun control and hate car ownership.

      Might be something to do with cities and the herd mentality, perhaps? The people outside Calgary and Edmonton are not like that at all.
