  1. I hear they are also refusing to let people cancel accounts. Enjoy the taste of what the WEF has planned for us.

    1. I was able to cancel mine but it took some time to figure out. I had a dollar or so in my account so the system wouldn’t let me close the account. I donated it to charity. Once my balance was zero, I was set.

But yeah, I heard of others who did have issues.

These ‘people’ can’t be gone fast enough.

  2. They were offering me a free $12 (not sure exactly how much) in my US account towards the next purchase, so I bought something on ebay, then I closed the account when the transaction was complete. Also closed my Canadian account. No more paypal for me.

  3. I will be closing my PayPal acct. forthwith. There are plenty alternatives … including Apple Pay which I just set up. I also have Venmo and have used Zelle in the past.

PayPal can go EFF themselves … no … I absolutely DO NOT “agree” to your minimum $2,500 penalty which your Lawyers have structured for you to levy in a completely capricious and arbitrary manner. Effff off PayPal

  4. I haven’t used PayPal in years, but i cancelled my account anyway. I stopped using them because they were woke, but this spurred me on to actually cancelling my account.

  5. In connection with your use of our websites, your PayPal account, the PayPal services, or in the course of your interactions with PayPal, other PayPal customers, or third parties, you must not:

Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information

Anyone else think this is just poorly written? Has anyone been fined $2500 for activities not related to their PayPal account?

    1. PayPal owes me $2500 for misinformation, 2 weeks ago they said the policy was an error, now its not.

      1. Hahahahaha … all determinations of “misleading” or “inaccurate” information is at the sole discretion of PayPal without remedy or redress. All decisions are final.

  6. Does the “intolerance” that PayPal reserves their right to “fine” you $2,500 per instance for, include publicly questioning their ridiculously huge spreads on their foreign exchange rates that must make them a fortune for their exorbitant spreads between buying and selling another currency?
