Just go play some pick-up hockey: it’s more fun and actually has benefits for you: you meet some people and you get a workout. Of course, all this is easy for me to say since I live in Vancouver. It’s easy to walk away from the Canucks.

I assume that every owner of an NHL team is white skinned so what is stopping them from banning white ownership of their teams.

I think you’re all over-looking a key point – it’s not just the players, it’s the fans. To get a better balance of fans you’re going to have to start banning white guys from attending or start paying black people to attend. Once we’ve achieved parity in the fan base, we can start working on the quotas for gays, trans, old, young, male, female, left-handed, short, tall, left-handed Ecuadorian gay midget albinos, etc.
