Other than it’s currently impossible to export it, why would you assume that the government of Canada wouldn’t buy up $450million worth of heating oil (122 million gallons roughly) to deny it to Canadians?
Maybe they have contracted 2 tankers to carry it all, and they’ll just float around the Med because they have no way to offload them in Ukraine, thus removing all that heating oil, and the hated gas emissions they might generate…
