With only 51% approval, Kenney is stepping down as leader of UCP…
Stephen Harper’s name was just raised in the post discussion. Holy cow, “Alberta Premier Stephen Harper” would be a federal-provincial game changer that would have Trudeau hunched over a toilet.
We're live. https://t.co/hmfDlkFLIy

You may be annoyed that the results are taking so long to come out, but be realistic. It’s bound to take a long time to count Kenney’s 81 million votes.
That is exactly what we are afraid off. With what has gone on surrounding this vote the only result that could be legitimate is a firing.
I get the impression that Kenney saw there was going to be too much scrutiny of the ballots, so he’s trying to exit gracefully. He ‘won’, but he’s leaving anyway, so there’s no need to investigate further, right? It’s water under the bridge, right? Time to move forward, don’t dwell on the past, right?
Wow! That was fast, Kate. It just happened 5 minutes ago.
Well, glory be! This is worth a shot or two of some good hootch!
To the future successor:
1. start drawing up terms for Alberta’s withdrawal from Confederation
2. clean house and get rid of all that NDP trash, beginning with Deena the Dominatrix
1. No. The Albertan people are not there yet, and forcing it will backfire. Separation requires evolution, not revolution ie start building an Albertan police force. Start making a separate EI & pension plan-which ideally would be no ‘plan’ at all besides letting everyone do their own thing with their own money.
I said “start drawing up terms”. Presumably, some background work will be necessary before a declaration of independence.
Good riddance and you deserve to be charged for murdering your people with the shots.
What monster will they replace him with?
Harper???
That bohemian grove cabal attendee
No, for all his incrementalist failings, Harper would be a formidable opponent to the federal government because he knows how it works and he knows where the snakes are.
So did Kenney
Precisely. The Liar Kenney was in on it. In addition, I never heard a single word of criticism from Harper on the provincial or federal Covid protocols. He’s as complicit as any of them.
Kate – agreed, but I can’t see him having any interest in getting back in to politics, especially at the provincial level. And I don’t think he’s interested in starting a new country.
My wife said Daniele Smiths name was thrown out at the end of the vote.
Meanwhile I happened to hit CBC Acid Happens on the radio and they had a liberal minister talking about white supremacists in Canada and how they were the drivers behind the Freedom Convoy. Good job no one in Canada listens to those arse holes.
Acid Happens
That’s an appropriate name for what used to be a good radio show.
Ass Hat Happens also has a nice ring to it.
BAD – They should have Cheech or Chong do the intro “Acid Happens man!”. I agree, it was good before it became a political propaganda show.
Mars – yes, Ass Hat also fits. If the ass hat fits…
PHP2:
Nothing beats what eventually became the opening theme for the show in the early 1970s (with Al Maitland’s introduction of something like: “From CBC in Toronto, and around the world on shortwave by Radio Canada International, this is As It Happens)!”:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q6WCLOQVbuA
and its closing:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OS_Z4Hz_TDw
I have a lot of fond memories of that show, going back to when it was a 2-hour live-to-air Monday night program with William Ronald and Harry Brown.
I listened to it regularly for more than 20 years until that twit Michael Enright took over.
PHP2, Daniele Smith can KMHUA, too. Just another GD opportunistic politician who is interested in nothing more than filling her bank account, rather than actually representing her constituents.
“For the first six years of Conservative governance, Canada averaged 254,000 immigrants per year, the “highest sustained level of immigration in Canadian history,” “
HELL YEAH
Now lets go higher. Alberta’s next leader should demand a separate immigration stream of 1 million per year for Alberta.
Alberta’s next leader should put a complete moratorium on immigration for the next 10 years, not limited to but including anyone from BC’s Lower Mainland, Manitoba, Ontariowe, Kaybeck & all points east.
You don’t get to do that, thankfully. You will be replaced.
And neither will you get your 1 million immigrants. So, FOAD.
LOL Harper lost to Trudeau. He’s a mediocre authoritarian, granted still better than anti-vaxxer nutjobs.
Enjoy your shots UnMe
You can have mine as well…

Speaking of nut jobs….
Kate
Harper is not only in bed in with the snakes he Stephen Harper is currently the Chairman of the IDU.
The IDU is directly allied with the United Nations. Just like the Trudeau Liberals are in bed with the United Nations and Agenda 2030 on Sustainable Development, so is Stephen Harper’s CPC Party!
Stephen Harper’s government signed the UN Global Compact in 2015. Justin Trudeau signed in 2018. Maxime Bernier helped to draft it. The NDP promotes it!
THEY ARE ALL THE SAME!

Harper eh…
Yea, as he quietly shakes Schwabs hands….no thanks.
Harper would be a superb choice. When your Premier is way smarter than the PM.
a demented monkey would be smarter than prince selfiesox of blackface
A fence post is far smarter than Le Dauphin…and far more useful
LindaL my dog is more intelligent than Little Potato. You’ve set a pretty low bar
Kenney promised at the start of this leadership review that he would stay as leader even if he only got 50% +1.
Today he got more than that, but stepped down anyway.
He went out as he came in: breaking promises.
Guess he doesn’t like the Famine Bingo card for Dark Winter 2022/2023
Kenney did the only thing he could. He won by less than 3 points if my recollection of the numbers is correct.
I think that he’s a Federalist. He would have had to make significant changes to the Government’s approach, particularly in dealing with the demagogues in Ottawa. Without doing so, the Party would blow up completely before the next election and practically guarantee Notley’s return to the Premier’s chair.
A million people voted for the UCP in the last election. Whomever becomes the new leader would do well to find out their true mood and act in support of that. Send the money men and the political grifters packing.
Ralph is said to have responded to a question about his success as Premier (I paraphrase): “Find out which way the parade is going and get out in front of it.”
“A million people voted for the UCP in the last election”
Albertans are much more divided now. Half that 1 million may be pro-vaccs while the other half is dead set against that particular medical treatment. Uniting the UCP will not be easy without a reckoning of the CovidCrap.
The anti-vaxxer nutjobs will just have to learn their place, which is in the body pile labelled ‘Darwin Awardees’.
God created Men and women

Good riddance! One more Ottawa implant who supported the cabal’s institution of mandates. F8ck him an every other politician who helped the Turdo in his quest to destroy Canada.
My only concern is if the Cabal installs someone even worse, like Jean Charest.
I’m thinking Brian Jean has the pole position.
BJ is a covid nazi. He thought Kenney wasn’t nazi enough.
Is there a list anywhere of Canadian politicians who didn’t help him? It seemed everyone from local town councillors to leaders of the opposition were lined up to kiss his coq ring?
I truly believe that the time has come for Alberta to separate.
There is no other sensible way forward.
Federal politics is a rigged system. Rigged to the core. We have a minority government that didn’t even win the popular vote wielding power as if it were a strong majority.
Time for Alberta to set herself free. The very thought of it gives me goosebumps.
Long overdue, BC.
BC
No question…. At all.
“didn’t even win the popular vote wielding power as if it were a strong majority.”
A Liberal flluffer in a turban wants to maximize his pension so he prolongs the government.
Can we get rid of Deena “Jail them pastors and chain up them churches” Henshaw now? Please?
Yes!!!
As before Mostly left wingers on here Kenny steps down and even Harper isn’t good enough to replace him.Just watch the posts.
Oh sure, we’re just crying for Wretched Knothead and her Dipper Horde to take over.
Can y’all hold off on separating until I get to Saskatchewan? Hold on until June 10th. After that, I’m right with you!
The childless sodomite now has to crawl back to Justin Trudeau and Klaus Schwab to explain why he couldn’t sell more vaccines.
One Schwabbie Down…
Thousands to go…
Make Canada Schwabbie Free
Fcuk the Liar Kenney! Goodbye, you lying bastard!!!
And, for those of you suggesting Harper as premiere, FOAD. We just got rid of one federal reject. The last thing we need is another one entering provincial politics.
Harper is NOT a federal reject. He was a highly successful PM. He would do very well as Premier of Alberta, but I doubt he would go for it. Separation is probably the best way forward.
Yes, he is a federal reject. His record as PM bites. Nobody with two brains cells to rub together thinks he would be a decent Alberta premiere. Ontariowe, Kaybeck? Maybe. And, finally, you get one correct: separation is the only option.
He was not a remotely successful PM. Very mediocre, very lucky, ultimately got pwnd by The Idiot Child and his own Reefer Madness crusade.
Lucky? He won the lottery with Stephane Dion as opposition leader. Harpo’s success should not be confused with the good fortune of having a weak opposition. Exactly like today.
And Harper supported the Bank Bail in…where if a replay of 2008 happens they take YOUR MONEY. (deposits)
Did SFA bout the CBC
Did SFA for Pipelines
Did SFA to fill MT Senate Seats
….and he supported the WEF.
Screw Harper….just another Globalist.
I’ll take Ralph for 50.
Ralf and a round Labatt 50’s for me
Labatt’s 50? The concoction that’s been compared to sex in a canoe?
Ralf liked drinking beer
Steakman said
I’ll take Ralph for 50.
Ralf was the type of politician you would want to sit and have a beer with
I was trying to include the 50 and beer in the equation
I don’t drink Labatt piss
Btw
Great job on the Schwabbie
steak
exactly, harpo the sell out.
Who would you suggest DB? Bear in mind that the media played a huge role in the decision tonite. They, to a manpersongirltheythemwhatever were on the side of the lefties!
(I wonder why?? 1.6 or 1.9 billion dollars? – At the least?) He made some questionable decisions but there are still 50% of the gullible wearing masks for Krissakes! They drank the koolaid. And they believe the media’s words.
Separation yes. but that is a reach as well.
Hey, CRB.
Good question. The unfortunate truth is, I know of not a single one of the Conservative bastards I’d vote for right now. Not a one. Not even my own MLA, & he’s one of the less offensive of the bunch. I purely wish I did.
I attended a TBA meeting a couple months back. While I think they have some good ideas, their execution needs work. They present as a bit unorganized. One thing they did note was that, as Albertan’s, we need to write up a list of priorities & support the candidate that promises the most. While that’s not without its risks, it seems like a fair starting point. We’ll have to see who throws their hat into the ring. I won’t be voting for any of the urban MLA’s if they run, as they were the bastards pushing the lockdowns and their constituents are largely the ones still wearing masks.
The media is a problem. The smart among us will ignore them. The gullible? Fug ’em. They’re not on our side anyway.
One suggestion I read recently is that rural Albertans should create their own party that would hold the balance of power vs urban centers. It’s something that bears consideration & discussion.
I quite like the Policy & Governance statement of WIPA, but, like you say, separation is a stretch. There are far too many people who aren’t comfortable taking that step. I guess they haven’t been fcuked over enough, yet. Education of the voter is the key. We need to make the point crystal clear: there is only one way out of this, for ourselves, our parents & our children & our grandchildren.
” rural Albertans should create their own party that would hold the balance of power vs urban centers.”
LOL ruralism is dying and obsolete. You’re not going to hold the balance of power even if urban Canada keeps subsidizing you.
People like you are never going to be happy with anybody. Separation will be attainable once you’re gone.
UnMe’s are dying & obsolete. I’ll be happy when you’re gone.
Not so dumb for a biker
Eh
Harper as all men make mistakes. But he made some glaring ones.
Left the senate for Justin to stack.
Didn’t defund the CBC.
Left the CRTC intact….and that’s the first thing he should have dismantled.
We had faith in him because of the “Firewall” letter… but a lass….
You want to save the west? Select a committed western Separatist than can communicate this message.
We want “fairness” economically, politically and in the justice system.
And we want the constitution amended to reflect this.
Anything short of this and UDI is what we have to do to protect the western provinces.
Use the “hammer” that Preston said he could not bring himself to use.
This will take courage and an articulate leader to communicate.
Choose wisely.
Very, Very, Very well said
Seconded 100%.
There’s been +100 years to “get it right” and choosing to negotiate with Trudeau is no different than waiting for him to give a straight answer in the HoC.
Better to separate, and if Old Canada wants to make an offer after that, have a look at it and then point out where it fails, or AB will be negotiating for the next 150 years while our life’s blood is drained still.
This, in spades. We’re long past the negotiating stage. It’s time.
Further to this, if you have no inkling as to precisely how separation negotiations with Prinz Dummkopf would fare, recall how the cowardly, petulant dipshit handled the Freedom Convoy.
Not sure about the UDI but you are right about Harper. Also, Harper and Peter HairHare the Heir apparent in the Fed Con Race was part of team Harper that brought in the FinTrac system that made it so easy for L’il Spud Hitler to seize bank accounts. Hopefully someone like Jordan Peterson asks HairHare about that.
p.s. Hair in french can be written Poile and Hare in french Lievre. Poilievre = HairHare. Har Har Get it?
Agreed. Not appointing senators when he had the right and the obligation to do so was his biggest mistake. IMHO
Ive
AGREED.!!
Boom ive Boom
ive Setting the record straight
Nice…
You forgot the right to bear arms anywhere anytime and the right to defend your property and country from the evil ones who prey on the weak…
Preston thought Canada worth saving. Does anyone with a brain think that now?
Moe is getting close to this in Saskatchewan with his hectoring of Saskatchewan people last year with this attitude.
“I know that some of you are making this choice [to decline the jab], and they’re also encouraging others to maybe not get vaccinated is under some misguided notion of defending your personal freedoms. But here’s the thing, you’re actually the ones that are standing in the way.”
Moe added: “So if you really want all your freedoms back, go get in line and get vaccinated. It’s really not that big of a deal. We’re not asking you to storm the beaches of Normandy…”
Any leader who calls “defending your personal freedoms” a “misguided notion” deserves an entire populace “standing in the way.”
And he has yet to apologize.
Wrong again
Good comeback.
Wrong again
rr was right on Target
Scott also insisted there would be “consequences”, but he expected that those would be for the disobedient, not for politicians failing in their duty.
I wish Kenney no ill will and wish him all the best as he goes to collect his several, fully indexed pensions.
I think “ive” above has said it all.
I would add that, while I certainly like Stephen Harper, at a different time in history, he would have been the best choice.
Danielle Smith? God bless her but she still carries the taint of the worst political mistake in Alberta history. She could have been premier already but her actions pretty much assured an NDP victory last time out.
I guess, among the most notable of names, leaves Brian Jean. If he is prepared to finally see that staying in this worthless “confederation” is in fact, not only pointless, but profoundly detrimental to the citizens of Alberta (and by extension our brothers and sister elsewhere in the West) and do what is necessary to end our involvement.
I ask this of our more knowledgeable and scholarly commentators; Is there a legislative mechanism whereby Alberta can withdraw from the Constitution Act of 1982? There must have been a legislative approval of Peter Lougheed’s sell-out? I mean, La Belle Province has never even signed the POS piece of paper yet is the greatest beneficiary of it! If I was Brian Jean, that would be my first order of business
It would certainly signal to Le Dauphin’s handlers that it is no more “business as usual”
I would worry about Wretched Knothead getting Ms. Smith to cross the floor. I do hope that Brian Jean has seen that lockdowns don’t fly.
Both Constitution Acts 1867 and 1982 are silent about wanting to leave Confederation.
I hope the Liar Kenney rots in hell for eternity. As an aside, it would be terrible if he entered the gates before his pensions kick in.
Just spitballing now:
Don’t know the answer to your question about withdrawing from the C.Act but I wonder if the Norway – Sweden split in the early 1900s holds any clue on how it has happened before? I’m just spitballing now. Canada was confederated; maybe it can be deconfederated?
Smith is probably the best choice. I used to hold her ‘Red Wedding’ massacre against her until I saw in the WIPA the nutjobs she was desperate to get away from. I want to hear some ideas from her and Brian, not just the posturing so beloved around here.
As a commie, I can see why you like Smith. Why don’t you stick to your Manitoba politics, ’cause it’s patently obvious you know nothing about Alberta’s.
I know more about Alberta’s than you do. Also, please don’t use words like ‘commie’ to talk about things that aren’t communist. Actually you should really just refrain from talking. Let the Learned Men sort it out.
You don’t know shit. Every single time you crawl out from under your rock to post here that fact is thrown into sharp relief. Get into your precious truck, drive down to California, and stay there.
If Danielle Smith becomes leader somehow, then I’m not voting. That turncoat.
I agree, she can just not bother.
Ah hate being right
Yes there is. Bill C-20.
“The Clarity Act”
I note the actual vote count of just over 34k is well below the 60k UCP membership. An uncharitable mind could wonder how many rural mail-in votes were slowed to give Kenney the best chance possible. Just a thought.
I take Kenney at his word.
UCP members need to trust but also to verify that the vote was fair and to hold the rest of the party to account for the left leaning and totalitarian decisions made by Kenney et al.
Hopefully the reckoning is not over. Instead of the Great Reseat we need a Great Reckoning and Kenney needs to answer as do all the Alberta MLAs who supported the WEF lockdown agenda. As far as I can reckon only Drew Barnes and Todd Loewen were faithful to their constituents.
Only a thorough accounting will allow me to vote for the UCP again. The Reckoning begins now.
“I take Kenney at his word. “
Kenney is a bald-faced liar. I take him at his word, too.
Be careful what you wish for.
There is no candidate acceptable to the various conservative factions in Alberta. My guess is notley forms the next government and maybe the one after that.
Kenney’s poll numbers were beyond awful, he was as well liked as Trudeau. He did some good things but it’s not enough, he was wasting time from the get-go. Turfing him gives Alberta its only chance of keeping the NDP out of power.
Paul Hindman of Wildrose Party may run ?
There is nothing that will happen that will result in a winning situation. Albertans, like all Canadians, are just not up to whatever it takes to be a successful, capitalistic, democracy. Waaaay too many leftists, everywhere. We’re doomed.
I would not want to be Notley’s booze cabinet right now. Just…ground zero for smash, grab, binge. And it’ll so much worse for booze cabinet if Smith is nominated. She must know that her best chance of regaining power just ended.
“…”that would have Trudeau hunched over a toilet.”
So would a good kick to his groin. Pick me!!!
You people out west are retarded,
Declare war on Canada and start it or STFU.
I’ll send some cheese for your wine.
And Paul Hinman has my and my wife’s vote until we either separate or another Party does some serious honest moves in that direction….and we’ll then take a look.
Staying in this beyond fkd up so called CON Federation is a No Go.
Fla & Texas looking better all the time.
// Alberta Premier Jason Kenney found mostly allies on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, as he brought his pro-pipeline pulpit to Capitol Hill, urging a largely Republican cadre of U.S. senators to get behind the idea of new cross-border energy conduits and to speak out in defence of Line 5. […] //
I didn’t know this:
// Canada increased its output by 300,000 additional barrels a day in the wake of the invasion, in part as a result of those discussions, including meetings with U.S. officials at International Energy Agency meetings earlier this year in Paris, Wilkinson said. //
https://archive.ph/wip/J8j1y
And next day, he is gone. Perhaps to where he is appreciated – or a sinecure in the oil patch.
Kenney did sweet fcuk all – until his back was against the wall. Kenney is a progressive who was given carte Blanche to govern as a red meat conservative and then did absolutely nothing conservative.
Jason Kenney has never been a conservative. Miserable little progressive
Jim Prentice reincarnated. And Danielle Smith is just as bad.
Where’s that damn ‘like’ button?
Trying being in BC where you can’t even get a doctor or see one. Can these assholes at least let us pay to get healthcare already?
I avoid those whitecoat pharma pushing killers after the last two plus years…
In NB you can’t get a doctor or a nursing home room or a Conservative politician and the Progressive ‘Conservative” Premier is infamous for pledging to make life “uncomfortable” for “The Other” aka The Unvaxxed, The Intelligent Ones and most accurately, The Non Lab Rats.
The actual application of Mao Tse-tung Ssu-hsiang(Mao Zedong Thought) began in the Maritimes and has spread accordingly.
The next step is famine.
Then great violence.
Just wait and see what havoc an innocent canoe trip can wreak. Butterfly wings indeed.
As sappy as he was, he will be replaced by someone worse.
Interesting.
So Kenny saw his future?
While he lacks many things,Jason is not completely stupid,at least not to Trudeauian Levels,so why is he running away now?
Everything this character has ever done has been with an eye to his personal advancement.
Has Jason foreseen what is coming?
The debts are huge and some of these peoples actions are unforgivable.
Retribution is a bitch and sweeping over reactions are part of our nature..
As for who shall lead us now?
Ever considered that all these “leaders” have failed us,because they seek to lead us?
We are ungovernable,and rightly so.
Most of the destruction rained down on us and our civilization is coming from those who want to help..With “help” like this I need no enemies.
Perhaps we do not need such leadership and would be better served by operating in smaller units.
Better to select our government from unwilling citizens, from the tax rolls ,than to be “governed” by those who desperately want the job.
I do not need fixing ,nor do I need help from incompetent twits..
Possibly no government would be lightyears better than “Confederation”.
If a need is real, then people will profit from filling that need.
Right now we are bankrupt due to government help.
For example healthcare, could private people fuck it up any better than government has done?
Do you feel safe with your private healthcare information being used to restrict your travels?
Confidentiality guaranteed, yup guaranteed to be violated by Government the very next time they panic.
And underlying all the Leadership issue,is the matter of God Given Rights and Freedoms..
Not conditional privileges that government may withdraw whenever they panic..
For that is what a “State of Emergency” is.
The fools and Bandits cannot cope so they abandon persuasion and go straight to thuggery .
Ever notice that when government declares an emergency, the first thing they do is completely fuck up the private citizens who were dealing with the issue, usually quietly and competently.
The govt very loudly announces it is helping, stomps on and evicts the private citizens..
And then the “disaster” gets worse..
And “Emergency” is power.
None of our current crop of helpers, believes that the citizen has rights government cannot touch.
They are all servants of The State of Thuggery.
Conservatives?
We need Eric Bloodaxe for Premier.
Fairly accurate summation…
https://nationalpost.com/opinion/carson-jerema-jason-kenney-quits-as-albertas-conservative-movement-eats-itself
IMHO, one person can save Alberta from what is now pretty much a given – the return of the NDP.
It’s a long shot that he’d want the job.
That said, the situation in Alberta smacks of a similar circumstance amongst federal Conservatives some years back when he “reluctantly” decided he had to do something to right the ship in order to defeat the Liberals and restore some semblance of sanity in Ottawa.
All that said…
Politics has pretty much been reduced to a typically inane reality show where truth and common sense mean absolutely nothing, and idiotic contrivance is the order of the day.
I increasingly wonder why in hell anyone in their right mind would ever want anything to do with any of it.
FWIW
But bye you gigantic ass. The dictatorial reign of this little Larentiy Beria is over as is I hope the persecution of Christians, anti-covid vaxxers, protestors, and the anti-mandate crowd.
Now it’s time to persecute all those who had a hand in wielding the weapon of the state against the rights, organizations and businesses of Alberta citizens.
Start by firing the hellions at Alberta Health and move on down through the ranks til one gets to the lowly police goons.
Use the Queen’s power to toss a number of these worthless, vile, stinking judges out on their ass as well.
Above I stated that the first thing Harper should have done is dismantle the CRTC.
You have to understand that this governing body insures that the mental mind molesters of the MSM are all cut from the same cloth.
All independent thinkers need not apply.
The MSM tells the masses daily what or how to think about each news item or issue.
The CRTC has rejected many licensing applications over the years. It’s a far more insidious body than people know.
Control the medium and you control the people.
It’s this kind of controlled messaging that has thankfully resulted in “blogs” like this that can and will restore the “people” to the highest office! Returning those elected to the status of servant.
“There’s a monument that stands at the Alamo, it’s there not because they won…but because they fought.”
To all those who say separation is the only way forward, I 100% agree. I am not happy about it. I would rather stay in a decentralized canada, with much more provincial autonomy. (Economic, social and legal). The last 115+ years in confederation have clearly demonstrated that is impossible and is not going to happen.
If we want freedom we will have to come to the realization that no premier is going to be able to secure that within the confines of confederation. We will forever be serfs and cucks of Ottawa and Quebec so long as we remain canadian.
Imagine that.
A Quebec prenier Charest becomes a federal PM.
And a federal PM Harper becomes an Albertan premier.
Has this ever happened in Australia?
In the US, many governors have become federal presidents.
Even one president became a supreme court judge.
Has there ever been a federal president who later became state governor? Dunno.
Nixon ran for federal president. Lost. Then ran for state governor, lost.
Romney (son of) ran for federal president. Lost. Then ran for federal senator. Won.
As George Bernard Shaw famously said, “We know what you are. Now, it’s just a question of the price.”
So Jason is stepping down. Hmmmm How is he going to pay off his credit card without having his premier’s salary? I mean it costs a lot of money to buy memberships for liberals and even having maxed out his cards he still could only garner 51% support. WOW! I wonder if he will have to sell his blue pickup?
Has Harper expressed an interest? otherwise this is speculation. Kenney made his basic errors in trusting experts, because that is what government does. There is a system, and when the system breaks down, leaders can adapt, while technocrats who depend on systems ,fail.
Alberta needs a leader, there are none visible
Moderation?
What did I say last night?
No leaders needed,we need to appoint unwilling citizenry to represent themselves.
Every single one of these “trust me,I want to be your leader” politicians betrayed us.
They all believe, that “During an Emergency, the individual has no rights or freedoms.
Thus God Given rights as na free man do not exist,in their world.
And based on results, everything is an emergency to them..
Which fits the basic skill level displayed by todays “Leaders”.
So when government panics, you have no rights and govt has absolute power…
Gee I cannot imagine why government is in a perpetual state of panic..
Imagine a bunch of second rate trough feeders, suddenly called upon to perform the tasks they claimed to be “Like Totally qualified” for..
Oh right,no imagination needed,we just lived two years of it.
Jason Kenny is running for his life..
Interesting days indeed.
Hey, Don Braid says Kenney is staying on as interim leader and may run for the Leadership again?!? Apparently, Kenney is parsing the definition of ‘quit’!
Is he saying that the rumour that he had sex with the Premier depends on what the definition of the word ‘is’ is?
