Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Guess the Go-Pro is not very tasty. The gator hunters will tell you that the gators taste just like chicken. Saw them on TV on a show shot in Louisiana, it’s a dangerous job. They bait them with chicken parts planted in trees. Then, they wait or come back the next day– when the gator comes up for a feed, they shoot it. Amazingly, they’ll put their ‘catch’ in a small boat, the hunt sometimes yields a 10 to12 footer. Of course, the catchers sometimes lose a hand or part of it or all of their arm if the gator is faster. Both catchers’ adrenaline is pumping and they scream loudly to each other to get the job done quickly. It’s fascinating.
Bass Pro Shops in Palm Bay, Fl. Gator feeding at 11:00 AM Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There were 8 when I was there in March; Friday was a whole fish day (second video) with a chicken and a rat the other days. Each of the alligators had a name and lined up in order when the staff came out (OK. Line Up!! and they did).
