Not bad for a comedian that plays Chopsticks on the piano with his pecker.

Karl D. knocks it out of the park again.

He’s doing it wrong. He needs to establish a slush fund, er, foundation…..

        2. “Zelenskyy is a Billionaire.”

And? How is that an argument that justifies Pootin’s invasion?

    1. Unbelievable.
Actually I should rephrase that by saying it is believable.
Numerous other hotels and places to eat were open but they remain unscathed.
Remember what they have done to numerous businesses during this 2 year Coofy Fest.
One example was Adam Skelley in Toronto that ran afoul of the Mask police by opening his BBQ , crushed like a bug even though he owned his own premises.

Iconic is the nail that stuck it’s head up and now the Ottawa Government is going to smash it down.
You know who we really should be at war with.

      1. It’s getting truly serious and a vote for Liberals, Conservatives, NDP, Green or Bloc is like waving a huge “I’m an idiot. Hit me” sign.

Democracy is the proverbial dead man walking.

Right before your eyes, the Liberal/Left/Socialist/Communist/Fascist/Totalitarian/Globalist Governments of the world are going all out after your Freedom!

        They are winning.

Fight back for once in your life Soy Boy Canada!

        *&^%$@!)(*&%$#@ asshole Canadian dumbfluck Liberals!!!

    2. I also am really upset by this. It is a nasty move by petty politicians. I will be contacting my counsellor. I would like to know more about how this decision was made. Surely a question regarding an eviction because of being behind on rent is a peculiar thing to deal with at a Council meeting, so was it Watson and done city manager?

AT WHAT POINT DOES MAD VLAD GO NUCLEAR?

“The intelligence arm of the Ukrainian defence ministry said Russian
Major General Vitaly Gerasimov, chief of staff of the 41st Army, had
been killed outside the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv
    , along with
other senior officers. If confirmed, Gerasimov would be the second
Russian General from the 41st Army to die
    within the week.”

    BIG BRASS BALLS

“‘On Bankova Street,’ President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in a social
media post on Monday. ‘Not hiding, and I’m not afraid of anyone.'”

    1. Did they say who killed him? Russian generals who underperform are prone to accidents.

    2. Any indication who was responsible? Was he KIA, was it friendly fire, or was he fragged by his troops? Maybe Uncle Vlady’s war isn’t popular with the cannon fodder.

      1. “Red Cross volunteers working out of Mariupol also revealed that one of the route out of the city suggested by Russia on Sunday was covered in land mines.” Obviously targeting civilians.

        1. Not surprising, it really is their SOP, consider for example deliberate targeting of Doctors Without Borders field hospitals in Syria.

      2. I am not sure which of those numbers are true. So they supposed to have lost “only” 11K Siberians and about 1K APC/IFVs almost 2C tanks and 4.5C “cars”? Those numbers just don’t add up. They suggest unexpectedly high survival ratios among crews which given traditional Siberian contempt for survivability…

The aircraft and helicopter loses are probably reliable although those are underestimated as they are based on airframes littering Ukrainian countryside and do not count all those who made it home, crash landed due to damage, never to be repaired again etc.

Either way (I hope Kate excuses my Polish):

        Na pohybel skurwysynom!

  2. We don’t need no stinking, failing Hyperloop transport…

“Now, over $400 million dollars in funding later, (Virgin Hyperloop) has abandoned the passenger business entirely while laying off half its workforce and pivoting to freight transit, as the Financial Times reports. The move comes after nearly a decade of feasibility studies, several functional concepts built, the world’s first human test of a vacuum-pressurized maglev transit system…”

“…the company only ever built two working prototypes over its existence, and neither approached the lofty claims that Virgin pitched.”

    https://www.thedrive.com/news/44466/virgin-hyperloop-wont-provide-passenger-travel-heres-why-that-matters

Remember this story when TransPod Corporation asks Jason Kenney for more money to build it’s Alberta test-track-loop.

    1. Hopefully the trains will move fast enough to avoid being pillaged by Hyper-Looters!

    2. Goddard granted a ‘posthumous’ patent ? Who knew ? I’ve got a few ideas for things I should have done.

    1. Reductions of taxes are great, but instead of making citizens feel like kids being given $20 by their parents to go buy them a Christmas present, how about actually strengthening the provincial economy? If oil is over $100 a barrel, the patch should be springing to life again…
Especially with the uncertainty in Russia and abroad, WE should be selling our own own oil at fair market prices, getting the pipelines going and getting oil and NG to markets and offer the hard working citizens of this province dividends from the investments in ourselves and our resources, like Alaska does for theirs. That’s real sharing in prosperity, not a hand out!

And to those saying “what if we use up all the oil?” Well, there’s enough uranium in Alberta and Saskatchewan, we could go nuclear to replace it!

Oh right, Oil Bad, nuclear real bad, Wind and Solar good…

      1. Royalties? Sure, why not? Your points have merit. There’s enough in the ground for a thousand years, they said.

You said “over $100 a barrel, the patch should be springing to life again…” I agree.

I’m no expert in the matter and Alberta’s production is down according to this:
        https://economicdashboard.alberta.ca/OilProduction
I recently heard Biden is begging for the black stuff in South America. What does that tell you? Despite the need and with recent sanctions etc., I suspect Justin just doesn’t give a rat’s asset.

    2. The Liar Kenney is in full damage control mode as his leadership review approaches. Don’t fall for it. Get rid of the bastard now.

      1. Buy a UCP membership prior to March 19. Anyone 14 and older can be a UCP member and vote at the Special General Meeting. https://www.unitedconservative.ca/take-action/membership/
      2. Purchase your ticket for the April 9 Special General Meeting. Currently SGM ticket prices are $99. After March 19 they go up to $150. At the door tickets go up to $250. https://www.unitedconservative.ca/sgm-2022/
      3. April 9 SGM vote in Red Deer.

        1. That’s a good question! I don’t happen to see him as all that bad if you take a good and fair assessment.
As long as we have Liberals with Liberal/NDP collaboration federally Alberta will be difficult to administer,

          1. ” I don’t happen to see him as all that bad if you take a good and fair assessment.”

If you enjoy being lied to, diktated at, locked down, forced into closing your small business, watching your children struggle through their online lessons whether in primary, secondary or post-secondary classes, unable to have the closure of a funeral for a loved one, observing drug use & suicide rates spike, dealing with the BS of masking anyone, but especially formative young children, yeah, the Liar Kenney did an outstanding job.

A good & fair assessment of the Liar Kenney’s overall performance for the last 2-1/2 years places him marginally higher than a snake’s asshole. Marginally.

He drank the kool-aid like every other territorial leader in this country. He had that hag, Hinshaw, at his side every step of the way, spouting the same lies, quoting the same misleading stats and following the same BS official Covid narrative almost from the onset. He refused to allow alternative treatments. I could go on at length.

The only reason he receives a slightly higher rating is because we got last summer partially off. Before he got the notice from his controllers & locked us down again, of course

          2. I don’t happen to see him as all that bad if you take a good and fair assessment.

Many of us thought that he might be the Moses that would lead the children of Alberta out of the bonds of slavery to Canada. He had an opportunity to do that after Prinz Dummkopf was re-elected the first time. Instead, he did absolutely nothing or, as we used to say in industry, SFA.

He also betrayed us with his political canoodling with Deena “Dominatrix” Hinshaw.

Now, tell me why I should vote for Kenney again.

          3. If it comes to a choice between Kenney and Notley’s NDP…

Think of the carnage last time.
Think of the woke idiocy that has multiplied in society the last four years.
Now think of what Notley would unleash, given another chance.

I could live with four more bumbling Kenney years. Not sure the province could survive another Orange Revolution.

        2. Nancy, that remains to be seen. The Liar Kenney has accomplished a unique thing by pissing off both the left and the right. What I do believe is that if we don’t replace the Liar Kenney with someone more palatable (less offensive?) we’ll get Red Rachel back. There are many small-c conservatives who simply will not vote for the UPC with the Liar Kenney at the helm. Myself included.

My understanding of how this works (and I stand to be corrected) is that if (when!) Kenney loses the vote, he ceases to be Premiere immediately. An interim leader is appointed and a leadership campaign is initiated. Candidates announce their intent, etc., etc., etc.

First step is to get rid of the Liar Kenney and he’s digging his claws in like a tomcat on your best bedspread. We need to get bodies in to Red Deer on April 9 ’cause you know the Liar Kenney is trying to drum up support on his end.

Second is to get a list of priorities together. What do Albertans need in order to support a particular candidate? I’ve been working on a list for months now. It’s not lengthy but it throws into sharp relief issues which I believe to be of foremost value for myself & for most Albertans, not just now but down the road.

Third is to find a leadership candidate who will take that list to heart and then vote for them. We need to be realistic about that list, as well. It’s unlikely that we’ll find a candidate who will tick off every box so we need to support one that hits the most. A great gauge right from the get go will be their Covid performance over the last 2-1/2 years. Very few Alberta MLA’s have even a passing grade on that topic so it can be an effective and immediate screening.

          1. Further to this…

I’ve been told by people associated with my local MLA’s office that the UPC is, by law, not allowed to make a profit on the SGM. The SGM fee is charged to offset the cost of the facility for the event. If a greater amount of people purchase tickets than originally planned for, then the surplus will be returned. Again, so I’ve been told. Make of it what you will.

We need to get out, people. Do it. The UPC is unelectable with the Liar Kenney at the helm. Don’t give Red Rachel another term. This province is in enough shit already.

          2. DB:

I gave up on the UPC and have thrown my support behind the Wildrose Independence Party.

          3. BADR, I understand entirely. The evening the Liar Kenney locked down the province again last fall, I contacted my UCP MLA & told him he’d just lost 6 votes and I plan on sticking to that, short of wholesale revolution.

In a recent conversation at a local political rally I attended I told the speaker that I was having difficulty reconciling my support for WIP & Maverick with ever supporting the UPC again, in any way, shape or form. He noted that Alberta support for separation was currently around 20%. I don’t know how accurate that is, but it’s probably in the ballpark. Maybe even a bit higher with this Ottawa Freedom Convoy debacle.

What got me behind this movement to give the Liar Kenney the shoe & get involved with the UCP leadership review was the speaker’s observation about the overarching threat of Red Rachel. This province cannot handle another round of the commie bitch. As I’ve noted, the UCP is unelectable under the Liar Kenney. His support is currently floating somewhere between the toilet & the sewer. We need an option besides him & Red Rachel. Let’s get rid of Kenney in the short term, bring in a new leader & see what the future brings. I’ve made no plans to rescind my pledge to my MLA.

WIP is not currently ready. Without getting into the lengthy details, I’ve attempted to establish a simple telephone call with them over the course of the last few weeks & have completely & entirely failed. And it wasn’t for lack of trying on my end. If they can straighten out their issues, come election time I may support them. In the mean time, let’s try to fabricate a fallback position that doesn’t include communism.

        3. N.R.
Brian Jean is actively working to replace Kenney.
He seems to be a bit weak as a leader but, at this point, better than Kenney.

      1. Conservatives in Canada are in a state of war.

There is a serious (very serious) move afoot behind the scene to unseat Kenney. I suspect his survival is doomed.

On the federal front the laurentiens have put up their candidate – jean charest. No serious conservative and certainly no liberal think for a second charest is a conservative. It’s a hoax perpetrated by the LPC. Nevertheless he’s in the race, as a meddler. His presence will draw votes.

Interesting times as conservatives try, once again, to identify who they are in a very liberal country.

        1. “There is a serious (very serious) move afoot behind the scene to unseat Kenney. I suspect his survival is doomed.”

Why, yes. Yes, there is. 😉 The Liar Kenney has already started the fear-mongering.

          https://edmonton.ctvnews.ca/not-trusted-by-anyone-the-campaign-to-kick-jason-kenney-out-of-the-premier-s-chair-1.5804509

“There are people with extreme views, who we screened out as candidates in the last election, who are angry about that,” Kenney said Wednesday.

“Extreme views.” Sounds just like Tick Tock Trudles, don’t he?

And, I hope his career is doomed. If it happens, it’ll certainly screw up any hopes he has for returning to federal politics. Which, incidentally, would be icing on the cake.

  3. The irony burns strongest in Sask.
Rebel News request Access to Information on Saskatchewan digital ID system.
Sask govt sends Rebel an invoice with PHOTOCOPYING services listed at $12,000. The total bill is $15,317
    https://youtu.be/Ghejy48tB_g

      1. Watch the video. Its 5 minutes long.
        The process is the punishment.
Sask govt doesn’t want anyone to discover what they discussed about Digital IDs in 55,000 pages of notes.
Sask is an easy mark because they listened to the poliing on covid mandates and quickly folded.
This is MORE important than the mandates.
Instead of an ArriveCan app a digital ID will follow you through life and become a social credit system. Govt tracking of all your financials, business dealings, health records, geolocation seeing who you gather with….
Then there is the business side of it called ESG Environmental Social Governance. Basically a social credit score for businesses.
Digital ID is the beginning of end of Freedom and Humanity.
We have to pay attention to the elephant in the room.

    1. Unelected and unaccountable bureaucrats are to blame. Doesn’t matter who the politicians are, they are running the schemes behind the scenes.

      1. In Saskatchewan Dr Shahab is the head of community health and is a bureaucrat in charge of Covid policy
If he had his way Sask would still be with mask and vax mandates and vaccine passports.
Premier Moe took back power he ceded to Shahab in Sept and now Sask is the province with the most freedoms.
Don’t underestimate the power of populism and politicians bending to the will of the people.
Let’s see what happens with this Mike

  4. In the European Union pecking order, Germany was top dog due to its massive exportation economic engine…
Seems this fight between the US and Russia has squeezed the life out of its country trying to hold onto the alliance with the US Dollar and EURO Dollar.

    https://www.algora.com/Algora_blog/2022/03/07/to-punish-russia-the-liberal-order-attempts-to-suicide-itself

It won’t survive too much longer if it stays with the US as it’s citizens revolt. Let’s face it, summer is coming and the people have no businesses anymore over this winter due to extremely high fuel expenses.

When politicians get involved, everything tends to go to shit.

  5. Results of Russian “love”, they’re ‘intense’ indeed: 2 million refugees.

    1. “Russian “love” ”

I always thought that involved carnal acts with a bear (or hog if bears are lacking) … large amounts of Stolichnaya required.

  6. There is billionaire hedge fund investor in China nicknamed “the Big Shot” who got caught in a huge short squeeze on the price of nickel , in the London metal market. The hosts on BNN-Bloomberg 10 minutes ago say he may be owing billions of dollars in margin calls. Here is Zerohedge’s version of the story:
    https://www.zerohedge.com/commodities/one-chinas-largest-banks-unable-pay-margin-call-after-todays-monster-nickel-squeeze

The price of nickel is skyrocketing, and the Big Shot has a big short position. The nickel market is going crazy, given that Russia, a big nickel producer, will be boycotted.

    1. Nickel is around $ 26,000 per ton.
Used in the production of steel like stainless.
Gold and silver haven’t moved much like they should in times of turmoil.
They always go up when oil shoots up in unison.
Somebody’s Monkey Hammering the crap out of them.

  7. The destruction of the US dollar continues as the US looks to sell (give?) Poland F-35 fighters so that Poland can give the Ukrainians their MIG fighters. Russia threatens to shut the gas supply off to the EU. It seems increasingly likely that Russia, China and maybe even India will move to establish a new world trading currency. Meanwhile the US has printed 18% of all US dollars ever printed since covid began in 2020.

    1. The new currency would be logical given the framework around the BRICS coalition.

    1. Amazing Polly talked about this a week ago.
It’s starting to come out of the woodwork.
There’s so much more we don’t know about, one wonders why our attention has been shifted to war.

    1. Great , there is a God.
I hope he goes after the prostitution kidnapping gangs and especially the organ harvesters.
Not taking away from the retribution that the others deserve but the organ harvesters need to be delt with in a most unkind manner.

      1. The MSM, Colon, OJ, etc, will spin going after such scum as “targeting civilians.”

    2. Hahaha.. prostitution and trafficking is part of Russia’s DNA, as is raping women by the millions.

If you really believe that Putin vows to “crush child traffickers in Ukraine” your are definitely in the left half of the bell curve,

  8. The Metis were created by White People.
White people bred Indians and made the Metis.
What is so special about that, White people bred stone age people and created a mixed genetic people.
    Big deal.

    1. Video – the buffalo disappeared
Reality – the Metis killed all the buffalo

Reality – in 1885 most Metis were on the side of the Canadian government because the Indian allies of Riel scared the shit out of them. Riel had around 250 soldiers. The Canadian government had around 1,000 Metis teamsters alone plus at least 100 Metis scouts and Metis militia units at Wood Mountain and St. Albert. Riel was a murderous French crackpot whose claim to fame was he was 1/16 Indian.

  9. Meanwhile, in Ottawa, more compelling evidence emerges to support diversity is our strength and no bail for Freedom Trucker organizers:

“A sexual predator who once plagued the ByWard Market has been released from immigration custody because Canadian officials cannot deport the stateless man.

Magabi Suleiman, 40, has been designated as a danger to the public under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

But after spending the past two-and-a-half years in immigration detention awaiting deportation, Suleiman was ordered released last month because two review bodies determined Canadian officials have no reasonable prospect of sending him to the country where he was born.

It means, the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) said, that there’s no longer a legal connection between Suleiman’s detention and his deportation.”

    1. She should run for leader of the Conservative party but we know that real conservatives are disqualified for running in the fascist pre-selection and their supporter’s donations seized. She would make a great Maverick or People’s Party candidate.

  10. when is Julie Bourgeois going to be removed from the bench after her screwup of the Tamara Lynch persecution .She followed orders from Justin Trudeau and his sycophant’s rather than follow the law

    1. She needs to be disbarred as well. Someone that incompetent and corrupt should not be practicing law.

  11. $1.82 a liter in my little area.

We know the media won’t cover the protests or riots….until they are forced to.
    When do those start anyway….$2.50 a liter…?

I really don’t believe this was part of any plan.

  13. For the second day in a row a CBC story closed its comments while I was typing https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/charest-leadership-announcement-1.6376367
This was what I would have posted.
“I am always amused at liberals giving advice on who conservatives should elect as leader considering the best that they could do was Trudeau. The conservative party Charest was leader of died in the last millennium. He wasn’t able to revive it then and has no chance now. Another Mini Me liberal is not needed – we have Singh for that. Charest as leader would further discourage conservative voters like the million that went elsewhere when the me too liberal O’Toole bombed last election. Another couple of million actual conservative voters would look elsewhere and Charest would enter the liberal hall of fame as the ‘politician who helped kill off two conservative parties. Better wait and run for Trudeau’s vacant seat Jean. Pierre has a good chance by enunciating solid economic policies instead of the latest fads. He has been pointing out inflationary policies and misspending for years. No wonder the libs are afraid of him. The country needs fiscal conservatism. It just needs someone to lay out the plan.”

  14. Not to run off topic here but getting back to the ‘plandemic’ topic I have a question that I’m hoping someone can answer. In light of what is transpiring south of the border, ie., the call for a Grand Jury in Oregon, the statement from Edward Dowd regarding his financial theory about the fraud committed by the CDC and the FDA in skewing the numbers of the trials of the injections, the assertation of hundreds of doctors and specialists concerning the efficacy of the injections and the use of masks and self distancing, the statements from Drs. Malone, McCullough, Cory, Cahill, and many others regarding the harm and damage that may result from the mRNA injections on DNA, the vilification of alternative therapuetics like Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine, and to summarize the Peoples Grand Jury videos presented by Reiner Fuellmichhttps (www.grand-jury.net/ ). In light of all of this can someone tell me what information did Drs. Tam, Henry and all the provincial medical authorities base their decisions to impose the lockdowns, etc,. on Canadians? Did they base all of their decisions on what Fauci, Brix and Whalensky was advocating? If so are they not also cullpable if it is proven that there was massive fraud committed by the medical establishment in America. Did our Canadian medical authorities base their decision on any other independent information or studies or did they just jump on the popular bandwagon? If they based their decision on what was advocated from south of the border then are they not guilty of medical malfeasance and malpractice should the fraud be proven in court?

    1. Yes. I am waiting for something to blow up on this. The vaccines are not safe, but they are still pushing them and discriminating against the unvaxed. I think it is possible that both Tam, Health Canada and CDC etc. were taking directions from the WHO . . . and that the WHO is controlled by the pharmaceutical industry and the globalists. Bill Gates would be a major controller of WHO decision making.

    2. “In light of all of this can someone tell me what information did Drs. Tam, Henry and all the provincial medical authorities base their decisions to impose the lockdowns, etc,. on Canadians?”

      BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Information? As in actual measurable, empirical evidence? None. A great, big, fat zero. How do I know this? ‘Cause if a dummy like me can figger it out in the first few weeks then surely all these elected & hired “experts” could have, right? Right?

This was a political ploy from the onset, fabricated for one reason: filling the coffers of individuals, from Big Pharma on down. Look at how the individual Canadian premieres handled their respective responses. For the first few months, we had a dozen individual little provincial & territorial plans each going their own way. Suddenly, out of nowhere, every one of them locks into goosestep formation, reciting the exact same polished narrative.

What changed? They all got their marching orders from on high, that’s what.

As far as where they got their orders from & whether or not that makes them culpable, in my mind every one of these bastards will always be guilty & therefore responsible for their actions.

      1. I still lean towards this being a depopulation effort by a very small group.

You’d want to keep the big plan secret but just pay all of the flunkies you’ve put in place all the way down the line.

We’re printing cash like anything. Money is no object. If the goal was profit, then after a year of fear porn the pharma companies could have charged whatever they wanted for the shots and been happy with 50% jabbed.

There was no reason to go vax Nazi on the rest of the population to get everyone jabbed. Unless you didn’t want a healthy control group….

  15. We shouldn’t. If the politicians want war with Russia so badly, they can head out themselves. They can take with them, Pantifa, BLM & Globull Warmists, too.

Why Should Deplorables Fight for Those Who Hate Them?

    https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2022/03/why_should_deplorables_fight_for_those_who_hate_them.html

“Where are all the climate change warriors when their country needs them? Come on, “gladiators,” get to it! Go find out what it’s like to fight something that’s fighting back. Let’s move, wokesters! Show the mean Russkies how dangerous you are with your ski masks, bike chains, and fondness for attacking people from behind. All that burning, looting, and murdering in cities across the USA over the last few years had to prepare Democrats’ wannabe soldiers for something, right?”

“The Canadian city of Edmonton may soon be hogtied with a problem that it won’t be able to barbecue its way out of.

Wild pigs have been spreading across central Alberta’s prairies and if left unchecked, could soon find themselves in the river valley of Edmonton. According to Ryan Brook, a University of Saskatchewan professor studying the pigs, the creatures are an “ecological trainwreck” and would cause “absolute destruction” if they make their way to the river valley, which is abundant in water and forest cover.”

    More:

“Last May, the Alberta Invasive Species Council launched the Squeal on Pigs campaign in an attempt to control the pigs’ spread. The campaign urges residents to report wild pig sightings to authorities so they “can make plans to eliminate entire sounders [a group of wild pigs] at once”.”

Funny. Stateside there’s almost universal open season, no bag limit on feral hogs. In Canada, we’re encouraged to “report” them. Jeezuz…

    1. I think you are free to hunt wild pigs on land you have access to. In Edmonton you would be arrested walking around with or discharging a firearm. They’ve called out the SWAT team for someone shooting gophers on farmland within city limits miles from residential neighborhoods. The solution is obvious and simple – hunt. The politicians are stupid.

Some people may not understand how Edmonton is set out. They are large amounts of undeveloped parkland. It is primarily the river valley which is about a mile or two wide and 20? miles long.

      1. I get that it’s illegal to hunt within the city limits. Fine.

However, long before the hogs even get to Edmonchuk, they should be hunted, not merely reported. By the time a wildlife officer or, gawd forbid, a Mountie gets there, they’ll be long gone. Wanna see Prog heads explode? Offer a bounty.

Feral hogs have been in the Red Deer river valley for years now, which means they’ll migrate their way into the South Saskatchewan, back up the Oldman and into the headwaters, as well as the St Mary and Belly River system. You can bet Montanans are waiting with rifles at the border on the St Mary just waiting for them to show.

  17. The only thing that “covid” caused was mental illness and most Canadians apparently caught that.

    1. In the 2020 leadership, all those racist misogynous white supremacists in western Canada supported a black woman from Ontario for Conservative leader.
