  1. Poso seems to be active at Gettr so I go there for him rather than twitmo. Ezra is on Gettr but not active like he is on twitmo.
    If someone I follow goes there, so go I.

    1. Gab is better, and absolutely doesn’t censor. But it works a little differently than Gettr. I slso follow a number of conservatives snd the good doctors on Telegram.

        1. My problem with gab and the reason I left is rampant Jew hate posts. There’s a fine line between blocking outright hatred and doing censorship but there is a line. Gab doesn’t know that.

  2. Interesting. I was able to tolerate Twatter for about three weeks before I wiped my account in disgust, and that was eleven-ish years ago.

    5. Allan S, perhaps you could go thru the Joe Rogan / Malone interview and fill us in on all of the misinformation in there.
      Maybe do a Allan S “mRNA NOTES for DUMMIES” regarding the “MIS” INFO Malone is spreading, I mean who does the guy think he is “the inventor of mRNA technology or something.
      Then I wouldn’t have to listen to the podcast!

    Malone is a seasoned, calm guy asking good questions. And has strong ties with the CIA folks – the point that shocked me the most is to hear that the HCQ and Ivermectine story was fully understood by authorities, data and protocols were in … pretty early on.

    Joe Rogan is doing the right thing.

    1. I have never signed up for twitter…but get a lot of info from the likes of Ezra, Poso and others. This is not an endorsement of twitter.
      Looking forward to following them all on Gettr.

      Likewise, I’m permanently banned from an Ontario fishing and hunting site.
      I don’t join anything online any more because they’re all corrupt.

    1. Back in the day, journalists were nothing more than people who wrote for a journal (French for a “daily”); no “special training” was required or expected. H.L. Mencken’s total formal education was a writing course taken via correspondence.

      In that sense, Joe Rogan may have become the most influential journalist in North America. He’s certainly better than the pack of bien-pensants that pretend to be journalists here in Canada.

  10. I’ll follow back automatically until this gets rolling, though after a time I may have to unfollow those accounts that are really active, for the sake of feed efficiency. I use these platforms for news sourcing, so a lot of chatter can make it cumbersome.

  11. I created accounts on Parler, then Gab, and Gettr. And then sat back to see who was using / how relevant each platform was when the dust settled. Then twitmo perma-banned me a couple of months ago for using correct grammar, or something. No way no how was I going back to twitmo, even if I fooled their verification system.

    Seems Gettr may be the winner here, with a big get like Rogan.

    May the thrashings resume.

  12. GETTR needs an app that will allow you to take a GETTR post and publish it to Twitter (and other platforms) for you with minimal work. Imagine it was easy for people like Mr. Levant to publish in GETTR, and then easily post over to Twitter, etc.?

    That would make GETTER more accessible, and have more traffic.

  14. I got thrown off Twitter I think about 2 years ago during one of their mass purges of conservatives (the stated reason was being mean to NPR’s feed dontcha know). Hopefully I’ll get on this Gettr thing soon enough, if only to show my support for their willingness to allow free speech, which is an increasingly endangered species of late.

    1. I’ve been on gettr since July 2021. Investors will kill the platform, not the competition.

    2. Parler was never a good platform. It was clunky, difficult to use. I tried several times and gave up.

  18. Once this platform is seen as a risk, Silicon Valley will do what they always do. They will circle the wagons (specifically, they will disallow the platform from using sub contracted resources. Apple Apps will delist them. Payment distribution services will refuse to do business with them). Direct competition will file patent lawsuits. Moles will gain membership and proceed to very purposely post the most outlandish, racist and sexist material possible which will coincide with a media partnership to strongly publicize the behavior.

    Essentially, the platform will be a direct victim of RICO Act violations. Compromised DA’s and the DOJ will refuse to act. Investors will bail….and this platform like every other perceived competition will be thrown in the dustbin.

      BTW: if you have Not watched Dr Robert Malone on JRE (# 1757)..??, all I can say is WOW..!! That Podcast and the one with Dr PETER (I previously thought it was Stephen), McCullough…2 best shows all year….Now we await the coming of Dr Ryan Cole on JRE. (Betting that will happen sooner than later)…followed hopefully by Dr. David Martin.

      3 hrs VERY well spent.
