    2. The right to self-defence in Canada is limited by the phrase ‘reasonable force’. In other words you can only apply the amount of force that can reasonably be used to dissuade your attacker from continuing the attack. What that amount of force should be, will be decided by a judge/jury in the cold light of day rather than the violent period when you are under attack and in imminent danger. If someone breaks into your house and has a screwdriver as a weapon what is determined to be a reasonable use of force for you to use, another screwdriver? As we have seen in the past in Canadian courts the use of overwhelming force to dissuade an attacker will get you charged faster than you can say “Make my day!”

    The facts do matter to civilized human being..Not so sure they matter at all to our Emoting Morons of the Progressive Persuasion.
    For the real point of interest that came out as Kyle’s Trial proceeded,was the amazing idea that all 3 people shot by him were black..
    The emoters actually were convinced,by the “NEWZ sources” they follow,that White Supremest Teenager Shot and Killed 2 1/2 Black persons..
    There is no arguing with people this stupid.
    There is only one cure for stupid this entrenched.
    We need to bring back Banishment as a punishment for fools and bandits too stupid to behave ..

  8. Actually last year have show that black people do not even need to claim self defense to burn, loot, murder and run amok. Also, Kyle’s trail have shown the debt to which the deep state will go to appease them.
