    1. Hahahahahaha …. No … it’s me laughing at these clowns who insist the vaccine is safe and effective. Hahahahaha …. right.

      1. Harvard Business School Grad – 1980

I did 4 years in the US army during Vietnam and that paid my tuition at HBS – $3,500 a year in 1978. Now it is $130,000 a year with all the extras and I wouldn’t send my pet iguana there in 2021. So for $130,000 you take courses online with ZOOM? WTF?

        Screw you Harvard.

  1. Damn those un-!vaxxed party animals. They’re making all of the !vaxxed sick. Quick, start the weekly booster injections while they’re still alive.

  2. I have to wonder when they are just going to admit that their testing sucks and there is nothing to be done. I guess once power is tasted you want more, and that is all the more reason to ignore them.

  3. It should be coming clear, that the damn variant is coming from the vaccinated.
If there is such a thing as a variant.
Frankly I wouldn’t trust fauci as far as I could throw him!

a couple here got jabbed and immediately came down with covid!
    That should tell us something!

  4. Either the vax protects you, or it does not. If it is not 100%, what % is it? If people are being forced to take this vaccine, then they need to understand what level of protection they are getting, especially since there is risk involved. I feel the “authorities” are being quite irrational. The vaccines are intended to make everyone feel safe. Is that a lie? I th8nk th8s is an admission tgat the vaxes still allow infection and transmission.

    1. “the vaxes still allow infection and transmission”

Of course they do. But get someone in a position of power to actually say that out loud. They’ve been very careful with their messaging on this, always taking about “protection” and “reduced risk” and other such weasel words. This allows them to conflate what these shots actually are with what people think of when they hear the word “vaccine” – which is something akin to an MMR vaccine that really does give you long-lasting immunity to a disease. These shots do not, period.

And they’re going to force our kids to take them, sure as hell. I’ve a 6-year-old and the day they tell us he either gets jabbed or gets kicked out of school scares the hell out of me. Plus, you just know that Canadian authorities aren’t going to leave it at parental refusal. Get dubbed an anti-vaxxer and I’m sure child welfare will come to visit to judge your fitness as a parent. Dark times are coming.

      1. The messaging always carefully worded, No one claims reduced transmission or infection for the vaccinated. Here, for example is wording from the Ottawa Hospital as they bar unvaxed visitors:
“COVID-19 vaccination is effective at reducing the risk of serious illness, hospitalization and death, and therefore protects our health-care system from becoming overwhelmed.”
That’s it. Vaccines reduce symptoms– but the pretense is that unvaxed are spreading the virus.

  5. Scott Shellady (cow coat guy) on Varney this morning called the vaccine … “smoking the Hopium”

He went on to say that – this Administration and/or the Fed. are going to take this market out by its knees. Irrational spending, raising taxes to historic levels, raising interest rates, weakening economy … cannot possibly portend for continued Market growth.

  6. The biggest thing driiving my steadily increasing vaccine skepticism is the disproportionate response by governments (against the actual realised residual risk of Covid), and the increasing nuttiness and psychotic desparation of the vaccine enthusiasts.

None of this shit passes the smell test. Maybe in some third world superstitious shithole it might. But not in the educated, connected West.

Sorry. Vax enthusiasts, you need to do better than this.

Might I suggest that if your vaccines are so damn good, and Covid is so damned bad., market forces would simply drive most people to take it.

Hardly anyone refuses Polio shots …

THAT is all you need to know.

  7. The Dal party story is fairly local for me, as a Bluenoser. Nova Scotia is effectively paralyzed in Covid fear and has been since day #1. As the vaccines have rolled out, that fear has transitioned into an increasingly ferocious attitude toward the unvaxxed and towards anyone who dares violate public health guidelines. Deference to our chief public health officer (effectively our co-premier) is unreal, it’s like the man can do no wrong. Every tick up in case numbers gets the nervous Karens chattering about imposing new restrictions and ohmigod how many schools is it in and blah blah blah. I’m sure many would like to close the provincial borders again and I wouldn’t put it past our powers-that-be to do so. It’s clear to me that the story got and continues to get wide reporting in order to keep the fear machine going. In a normal university year it would’ve been two paragraphs on page six and over with. Well maybe three paragraphs because you’d let a neighbour get a whiny quote on the record.

Now, one wrinkle: Dalhousie is semi-officially a dry campus (I’ve read conflicting info on this) and their current health restrictions effectively bar any kind of party on campus no matter what size. So naturally the students went off campus. The party got big. Real big. Most of a city block I think. Even without Covid the cops would’ve come to bust it up. Dal’s making all kinds of noise about taking action but it’s not like they have a full list of names of everyone who attended.

tl;dr A huge unsanctioned public gathering has got everyone’s panties in a bunch down here. This city & province increasingly make me sick.

    1. You would know better than I, but from the photos I’m guessing they were partying where the fraternity and sorority houses are located.

Although I’m sure there’s plenty of behind-closed-doors drinking happening on-campus.

    2. Just say it is a people of colors, vegan, transgender affirmation celebration.
      Done. Safe. Won’t touch this

  8. Sure it might not look like the vaccine is working but that’s just because we all don’t have drip bags of it permanently attached to us.

  9. Biden makes it worse. As he fires our Doc’s & nurses. He wants to bring 3rd world medical folks to the USA.

    Yeah, what could go wrong.

  10. I have to contrast the shock at this event with the nonchalant attitude of the authorities to full capacity Jets games in Winnipeg. Double vaxxed attendees, just like the majority of those Dalhousie students. I guess Jets game are an “essential service”. Or at least one with the right political connections.

  11. If they’d just put up a few BLM and Defund the Police banners they could’ve done the same thing unvaxxed. *And* the story would’ve been reported very differently.

  12. Those kids are smart. Well, not really , anyone who took the shots will pay a very big price for their ignorance.

  13. ” … although immunization does not guarantee 100 per cent protection from the virus.”

Who writes this shit? Too fuckin stupid to understand the meaning of “immunization”. Too fuckin lazy to research the rate of Wuhan flu positive tests for those who have taken the shots.

  14. You are either immune or vulnerable. Those are definite terms. No such thing as 65% immunity. You are either immune or you are vulnerable.

As I see it, whether you have been jabbed or not, you are vulnerable and perhaps more-so than the unvaxxed because you put poison in your veins without thinking it through. Fear grips hard eh?

  15. The US is further along the curve of jabs, but not as far along as Israel, we see the disaster reveling itself there with renewed lockdowns, mandatory masks and other repeated measures that didn’t work the first time. The Vaxxed are the dangerous ones, spreading disease

The US will follow that path, the ineffectiveness of the jabs is starting to show up, predictably. And Biden will call for FOURTH jabs soon.

Bonnie Henry is a clueless -unt. She seems to think Covid in BC will be different than anywhere else. She is either a clueless Polyanna, or as evil as Satan.
