On Monday, the Supreme Court ruled, 8-1, that a college cannot escape liability for quashing a student’s First Amendment rights to free speech and religious freedom by merely reversing its restrictions. Even if the school drops its free speech restrictions, students can still sue for damages, even if the damages are only nominal to make a point.
Only Chief Justice John Roberts dissented.
Roberts, figures. He could have stood up for free speech here, this was a “gimme” easy case. He can’t even do that. He has no principles, but he is OWNED by the leftists. He scarcely leaves out an opportunity to say to them, “yes, I’m your bitch”!
What on earth do the globalists have on him that would be so damning? He’s not even trying anymore, he’s trying to prove his own incompetence to get out of this job.
He was collecting frequent flyer points from a certain J Epstein. Does that clarify the precarious nature of his position?

In other words, if I say something, and someone who disagrees with my words goes off their rocker, screaming, hurling insults, or wanting to physically remove or even assault me….I am culpable, but not the other individual?
That was the college’s reasoning?
Glad that SCOTUS did their job, and that Roberts was once again exposed.
BTW, how did he get that job, and can he be removed or recycled?
Can’t somebody find out wtf the swamp creatures have on Roberts and publish it? If it’s out in the open he can be impeached, or arrested, or whatever else might be appropriate. If it doesn’t get him removed from the court it might get him back to acting like a legitimate judge.
There are a few pictures of him on Epstein island, and he appears in the flight logs on the “lolita express”. I think even in the decayed world of today, screwing minors procured by Jeffrey Epstein is still problematic, although you’d be hard pressed to get Bubba Clinton to agree.
