Question; Why is the limit on a number of employees in Canada set at Twenty (20) when the Full Load of Bureaucracy is made necessary when the U.S.A. normally a significant competitor to small business is set at Fifty (50) when the Full Load of Bureaucracy is dumped on the Business?

Noticed so far, with respect to “journalists” who are 100% predictable, Matt Taibbi targets the Hannity (Republican) model but no Dem model. He is most likely not aware of how his own behaviour aligns with the media behaviour he criticizes.
