Until there is someone willing to actually go to jail to fight “publication bans”, nothing is going to change. The judiciary in Canada, is part of the problem; hell, maybe fixing them is the sufficient and necessary precondition for solving any problem in Canada.

Are you comprehension impaired? Have you read his post? He is calling for people to fight publication bans and go to prison for it. Why should others do it but not him?

Maybe it’s time for parliament to rid the country of publication bans including minors and sexual assault victims. It is more important to keep the justice system public than protect selected perpetrators and victims. I’m guessing the perpetrator in this case is bat shit crazy and is being protected for that reason, but I’ll never know.

How is it possible this case has a publication ban? She’s not a minor, there was nothing sexual about the assault. The Chinese murderer(whatever his name is now), who butchered the head of Tim McLean on that Greyhound bus,,, had mental problems much greater than her,,, had his name in the news, so what gives?
I can’t get excited about futile attempts at giving crazy leftists any kind of platform. What is pure irony is the Menzoid attempting to defend the castrated husk of a party leader who banned his media outlet from their party convention. He should be harassing Scheer about why he hasn’t stolen some conservative policy from Max. Eg. “Why haven’t you differentiated your party from the Liberals?”; “How come you are competing with the leftist parties in offering free stuff when the Spawn has robbed the treasury to do so and with deficits as far as the eye can see?”; “Why does the CPC think that importing more Muslims is just some form of harmless diversity exercise?”, etc.
Unless he is attacked from the right under some media scrutiny, he’ll continue to be nothing but a slower version of suicide than the other mainstream (electable) parties.
