      It is nearly impossible that both cameras “broke” simultaneously or were repaired in a timely manner except systemic failure.

      From there negligence can be determined. While I still believe Epstein died at his own hands, he had help from conveniently oblivious safeguarding and surveillance of a prisoner they were warned was to be watched at all times.

      IOW, they let him do it, at the sacrifice of their careers, and if so they better hope they covered their tracks on remuneration.
