  1. LA is gone.
    LA can not afford to pick up, kick out, bus out, house…what ever the bums, feces and rats.
    The union costs would eat you alive. Can you imagine what the unions would demand? And lets say you have a 100-200 million budget. Wait unti the lawyers show up. Wait till the mental health “advocates”, the Hommeeless LBGT, the Child Protective services, …..
    And then the entrenchement into the taxpayers hydes of the (anti?) Bum Beurocracy Dept. You don’t think they will kill the goose? Get rid of the bums? They’ll let it wax and wain, but absolutely make sure the bums stay. Not enough money, staff turnover, doing our best yada yada yada.

    1. The end game will be when the Pneumonic stage of the plague hits (24 hrs need to treat a victim). The hard choice will be the quarantine of LA or letting the human to human transmission go national.
      Again the blame will be on any handy Republican president, present or past if it happens after 2024.

      Did not find a link for CDC addressing a protocol to deal with a plague, just prevention. Either they just can’t imagine it getting out of control or don’t want to make public the steps they will be forced to take.

  2. Apparently it takes a min salary of ~$50/USD per hour to be able to afford a 500 sq ft basement suite in LA. No wonder that thousands are simply saying….Adios muchacho’s and moving out. Who the hell can afford that..??

    Sorta like Vancouver, Seattle, Portland & San Francisco
    Too expensive
    Too socialist
    Too much free shit – incl. needles – methadone etc.
    Too much disease (Typhus – Cholera – Bubonic plague)
    Too much lax Policing
    …and the idiocy is spreading (Sanctuary cities..??) I hear Redmonton is one.Toronto as well.?

    1. LA has many problems but lax policing is not one of them. The LAPD are more of a problem than most of the (other) gangs.

      1. From what I understand, California is in the process of initiating “Rules of Engagement” on their Police Forces; similar to what the US Military was required to do in the ME. So, they may be required to make a split second decision on whether the situation warrants the use of deadly force. A Cop’s choice could be to let the perp shoot first and possibly get killed, or have your life ruined if you react too quickly and use what might be determined as excessive force. Who would want to be a Cop under those circumstances? So, if LA is policing in not lax now, it sure as hell will be. It looks like a Baltimore City redux and it is working out so well there.

    As long as voters keep voting in left-wing politicians (though it’s getting difficult to discern the difference between left and right).

  6. For some reason behavioral issues, which separate the civilized from the savage, have become a human right. Until we can again lock up addicts and nutcases that prey on us it will only get worse.

  8. I wonder how long it is going to take all of the hard-lefties, up and down the west coast of North America, to start praying for the BIG ONE, the 11.0 earthquake that is overdue. They might have to eventually quarantine L.A. if the plague takes hold and mutates to go airborne. Then, if your plague threatens the rest of the country, you would have to nuke the San Andreas Fault, and dump it all into the sea. California should REALLY try very HARD to eradicate the exploding rat population in California’s cities, or this prediction is not going to be fiction for too long.
