  3. LGBT activists demand removal of priest for warning against gay ‘Pride’ events

    KINGSTON, Ontario, June 25, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) — LGBT activists have launched a mail campaign asking a bishop to immediately remove a priest who cautioned his parishioners against attending so-called “Pride” events.

    An online form letter composed by the activists claims that Fr. Robert Chisholm of St. Gregory the Great Parish in Picton, Ontario, “went against what Pope Francis has repeatedly spoken about: the need for the Catholic Church to welcome and love all people regardless of sexual orientation. Father Chisholm is directly contradicting papal edict with this statement.”

    No distinction is made in the letter between loving all people “regardless of sexual orientation” and the often vile demonstrations of nudity and simulated homosexual and sadomasochistic acts at Pride events that even self-identifying gays find to be a source of “horror” and “shame.”

    Earlier this month, Fr. Chisholm wrote in his parish bulletin:

    A reminder that Catholics and all other Christians should not attend LGBTQ2 “Pride Month” events held this month. They promote a culture and encourage activities that are contrary to Christian faith and morals. This is especially harmful to the children because it could lead them away from God’s revealed Truth. Even in “The County” there are Pride flags and banners flying courtesy of the Government. Think…these are your tax dollars at work!

    The announcement triggered a backlash from LGBT activists, who hastily arranged a protest outside Chisholm’s parish during Mass the following Sunday.

    In response to the uproar, Kingston archbishop Michael Mulhall distanced himself from Fr. Chisholm, issuing a statement on the archdiocese’s website calling the priest’s statement “inappropriate.”

    “I did not sanction this message, and it does not reflect the spirit of accompanying charity and compassion that should always characterize our faith. The archdiocese has spoken with the pastor of the parish. He regrets any hurt his inappropriate comments have caused,” he stated.

        1. And used melamine as a protein source. Only in animal feed here (mainly dog and cat food) but also in baby formula in China; fatal results all round. Knew a young vet when this was happening, and the vets were all sweating blood trying to 1) save the animals and 2) figure out what was happening. The melamine was detected when vets who were checking urine samples of the affected animals began to notice anomalous crystals in some of the samples. Vets have a “blog” – by subscription only – where they share information, and photos of these samples got posted which was a big step forward in identifying the poison.

    Due to stand trial on charges of rape and failure to provide assistance were 11 men of various backgrounds, according to judicial officials. They are currently aged between 19 and 30 and include a 22-year-old main suspect, described as a “multiple offender.”

    The defendants include eight Syrians, one 23-year-old Iraqi, an 18-year-old Algerian and a 25-year-old German said by authorities to be “without migratory background.” The 11 men have already spent months in investigative custody.

  24. I see VA Mark Norman has settled with the feds. He is now suggesting he will be contemplating the return of the Go Fund Me money we all sent him.

    Alternatively he might recommend a charity that will receive the money. I will take mine back as I decide who I donate too.

    The libranos obviously paid him enough that his silence is ensured. It’s too bad as we all are poorer off not knowing how badly he was treated. The marching orders to punish him came right out of the PMO. Make no mistake scott brison and his buddy justin are behind this.

    While I am disappointed we wont hear the story of how our government set out to destroy the reputation and life of a highly respected member of our military I understand VA Norman’s position.
