Trump is building a wall with current funds, and has decided he needs to build even more because the huge number who are coming in under an antiquated law that the Democrats refused to change. The Democrats in Congress are also refusing the money that is why he is made an emergency declaration.

      Anyone interested in disproving your claim can google Trump builds wall, and find out for themselves. Everyone knows who stopped the new funding.

      The Republicans have been allowing the Democrats to show the country what they really are. They will pay the price in 2020.

      1. Coulter et al are correct- since he became POTUS there has been nil new wall built.

        He was elected largely because of his position on the wall. Yet from his inaugural speech onward he has squandered one opportunity after another. He never used the political capital he had with the GOP in the house early on to demand far more than 5 billion when they had a majority.

        And now he BSes about it. I don’t think his heart is in it at all.

        Perhaps in his second term when has truly nothing to lose he can shutdown the government for as long as it takes to get the 25 billion with sustaining funding guaranteed long after he is gone.

    5. I have another take on why illegal immigration is exploding on our southern border. It’s the same reason that gun sales exploded under Obama. Gun sales went crazy under Obama because of the threat of shutting down the 2nd Amendment by his Admin. So before Obama cracked down on guns … everyone went out and bought a big supply. Same thing at the Southern border … Trump’s unwavering work on securing our border is driving illegals to our border BEFORE Trump finally navigates the political labyrinth and STOPS the invasion. Add to that the Marxist NGO’s, George Soros, Catholic Charities, Lutheran Social Services, and the entire Democrat Party … all organizing caravans, counseling the invaders on how to beat our asylum system … giving the invaders legal counsel. Oh yeah! Trump is fighting a headwind. An organized invasion trying to get here BEFORE Trump successfully defends our border, defends our sovereignty, defends our nation.

    1. Exactly. The beginning of this short video exemplifies exactly what Sharyl Attkisson means when she, in her books “Smear” and “Stonewalled”, talks about how a story is manipulated or even manufactured to produce a lie designed to take down a politician.

      Sharyl claims to be apolitical and suggests that the Democrats are masters at these sort of media lies and that the Republicans are novices at it.

      Chris Cuomoof CNN is a master at making a lie look like ‘news’.

      2. Ken, “Democrats are masters at these sort of media lies” is because they’ve had Hollywood to teach them how to lay a story out, how to dramatize it, how to make it emotional, how to make it manipulative. Perhaps because they’re revenging McCarthy, undoubtingly because McCarthy was right.
        “Democrats need to embrace Hollywood because this is where they need to come to learn how to tell a story.” that is more than just a meme.

Way back when … as a very young child … when I was growing up in a “white America” … in the oh-so-horrible 1950’s … when there was nothing but “white” people everywhere … I was taught by my parents to: “Look for the GOOD in people”. I was taught to NOT “look for the BAD in people”. Imagine that? Even in “white America” there were both ‘good’ and ‘bad’ people. I was taught that more often than not … if I adjusted my own attitude and bias, then most all people would reveal the GOOD in themselves. I was taught that, more often than not, my own bias and prejudice would MAKE other people appear “bad” when they were actually just fine, if not ordinary folks.

    Sadly, parents no longer teach morality to their children anymore. Well, not human morality … they just teach morality by “belief” in the horrors of global warming. That really “bad” people drink from single-use plastic straws. Oh! And really awful people voted for Trump. I weep for the world as it is being distorted by the eco-Marxists of today. By every special-interest bigoted Marxists today.

      1. With the weight of the engine on top front wheel drive should give better traction, but drivers who have only been taught how to operate the controls, not how the vehicle actually interacts with the road, can screw up anything.

  9. It works the other way around, too. Last year my Dodge Durango with the Trump sticker on the back was stopped at a busy intersection. When the light changed, I hit the gas, the engine revved up, but the car didn’t move. I got out to look and my rear wheel had fallen off! I got back in the driver’s seat, put her in 4-wheel drive, and limped across the intersection dragging the rear axle on the pavement. My tire was still laying in the road when another driver got out, picked it up, and rolled it over to me on the shoulder. Yup, I’m white and he was black. It turns out he was a Marine. Hooo-ahhhh! I still smile about that.
