Philly has endured successive corrupt incompetent Black Mayors… Starting with Goode, who fire bombed Women & Children… Pathetic Judicial standards (Family Court Justices bribed by the Roofers Union) The FBI Task forces were busy all the time… The SW Philly Democrat who collected voters from Grave stones was caught after every election, but was ready and able to continue for >30 years… A police force that didn’t pursue RAPE cases… Nothing to see in Philly

2. Negroes are collectively incapable of self-control and self-government.

   1. I have two children, both _full_ /negroes/, as you so traditionally put it. I see them very capable of getting higher education and doing well, even in politics if it comes to that.

      I definitely don’t know what are the cultural elements which lead to former US slave population descendants to live in crime, but I suspect tradition of feeling of worthlessness is one of the keys. If it were genetics, it must be white trash raping negro women. Half of your ‘negroes’ genes are basically condensed white trash. But I don’t believe in that – I see just culture. 3. The “urban” residents of America have already been told who to blame … whitey! Every ail that besets them is cause of whitey. All they need in Philly is an even MORE “diverse”-looking city council, mayor, senator, Rep. or even POTUS. Nevermind their lack of diversity of THINKING … cause only FEELINGS matter. 8. I’ve seen similar videos of Detroit,Chicago,Baltimore,LA,San Francisco, NYC, and I’m left wondering where the beautiful inner cities are in America. Or are these just sight seeing tours of the plantations?

10. I remember a Visit to the Philadelphia Museum couple of decades ago. The reason for the visit was a special display of Whistler alongside Turner and Constable. If Impressionism art means nothing to you, no problem, I and My wife appreciate the insight of the century and more ago understanding how the Eye Gathers in light and prepared examples for our viewing.
    It was during the Visit I learned Philidelphia assessed every Construction of Buildings was assessed a one percent of the cost to be used for outdoors Art.
