Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Not only is social media is making everyone loose their ability to think for themselves, everyone is now a ‘fashionista’.
Everywhere I look people’s heads are buried in their phones, looking for that next dopamine hit.
It’s the perfect time for Trudeau to inflict his open borders policy on Canada as heads are completely in the clouds.
At this rate what will society look like in 5 years? I shudder to think..
I’m not a fashionista. And I haven’t lost the ability to distinguish “not tight” from “not win.” Perhaps because I don’t have a smart phone to tell me what I think or do my spelling for me.
Love this!

ahh, the Phonacators on their digital dildos. The future looks grim.
Hopefully they open one up where I live!
Oh, that was beautiful. Dumb people who truly believe they are smart.
Mothers everywhere finally have an answer to the age old question,
“If all your friends jumped off a bridge?”
I learned a long time ago, from a buddy in South Carolina, that there is more money in well-crafted bullshit than there is in competence or excellence.
this stoooopidity is well entrenched in consoooomer mindset.
decades ago there was a bit of simple DOS based accounting s/w by the name of ‘bedford accounting’
story was, it wasnt a big seller, despite the fact it was perfect for small operations, relying on the faultnessness of handing over the mathematics to a computer.
anyways, the ACCPAC people bought ‘bedford accounting’, renaming it, tweaking it and jacking up the price big time.

tapping into the myth that ‘well, it costs lots so it must be good’. (other side of the coin being ‘its cheap so it must be garbolage’)
