  1. “Until we can prove that longer sentences are an effective deterrent to crime and increase public safety, there is absolutely no reason we should dole out extreme and harsh sentences for all cases…”

    I agree.

Offering a thug free room and free board for life, as well as opportunities to take white men as sex slaves (white men mostly in jail for crimes they didn’t commit or that shouldn’t be crimes at all—refusing to pay child support for children that clearly aren’t theirs, for example) is hardly an effective deterrent to crime.

That’s why law enforcement agents in California and throughout the United States have increasingly resorted to summarily executing violent criminals themselves. Generations of liberal judges and politicians have made it all but impossible to legally execute criminals, no matter how obviously they merit death and how little their continued survival stands to benefit anyone.

If the cost of warehousing all the thugs is an issue, the solution is easy. Ship the thugs resident in California’s jails into the desert by truck, order them to dig their own graves, put a bullet in the head of each one, cover them over with dirt and call it a job well done.

Such a systematic approach would be most effective at keeping the cost of incarceration at a manageable level.

That said, the informal approach of California’s finest has proven better than nothing as a workaround, at least till the thug-lovers and communists in Sacramento are sent packing, and replaced by a governor appointed by President Trump with a mandate to drain the swamp.

    1. Due process is still important because executing prisoners ad hoc starts to remind one of communist regimes. However, I do agree that if a murdered is convicted and there is no reasonable doubt, regardless of the prisoner’s mental state, that person should be executed by the state. I also agree with terminating drug dealers in the same way. And I certainly agree that the judicial system is part of the problem – just look at the consequences of the YJA .

      1. The safeguards don’t work. Prosecutors love presenting shitty evidence, pretending it’s real and concealing evidence that helps the defense. Where the evidence is very positive the accused should hang. If the evidence sucks but the jury convicts, a shorter than average jail sentence should apply. This goes against the assumption that guilty is equally guilty for all. Too many mistakes in the past prove that wrong.

      2. There’s a Joyce Milgaard on line two for you.

Oh, hang on, now there’s a Guy-Paul Morin on line three. Man, the phones are just lighting up this afternoon.

if a murdered is convicted and there is no reasonable doubt

        That’s what “convicted” means.

      3. That’s a bit harsh, executing drug dealers when our government is now a drug dealer.

But don’t worry, after Andy Scheer wins the next election, he will rescind the Liberals legislation and THEN we can execute the former drug dealers if you wish.

  3. Oh well Open Borders, there are millions more criminals waiting to overflow prisons until they simply overflow the streets.

It won’t be long until California demands that other states “take their fair share” of the problems they created.

Who said anything about “deterrent”? Punishment works just fine for me. And more importantly, separation of the predator-class from the productive-class is just fine with me. Isn’t prison a WONDERFUL deterrent in and of itself? In prison … the inmates only commit crimes against each other … not the innocent public.
