Curious, I did a quick search to learn about Medicaid waivers in Illinois. There are 9 waivers in place for Medicaid in Illinois. Eligibility is a key component of the fraud.
Eligibility Criteria in IIlinois:
“To qualify for these waivers, individuals must meet specific criteria, including being a U.S. citizen or legal resident of Illinois.”
In sanctuary states, the status of legal or illegal, documented or undocumented does not exist – we are all one. The opportunity for fraud increases expedientially. No wonder Pritzker guards his illegals at taxpayer expense.
