“Tens of thousands of businesses across Europe could be at risk of fines if they fail to comply … but broadly businesses will be obliged to measure their total energy consumption and identify savings across their estate every four years. Under the directive regulators have the power to issue fines of up to €1m for non-compliance.”

I watched the Canadian Senate yesterday… The question was asked if the Carbon Tax should concern Farmers… The so called Experts
said yes and that the cost would be passed on to Consumer’s (Gave a Number)…. (Only) one Liberal from Quebec said that that opinion was false, farmers would be exempt..(How/Why you collect a tax if everyone is exempt)…He was very angary which is the first sign of desperation….That dog won’t Hunt anymore…
I always get a kick out of the word renewables. The so called renewables are not renewable without fossil fuels. Think about that folks.
