  1. So according to the judge, they all look the same. Got it.
I’m so tired of hearing judges banging on about what brings the administration of justice into disrepute. The main factor bringing the administration of justice into disrepute is the judiciary themselves and the three ring circus they call a courtroom.

    1. That’s what they call STEREOTYPING right?
      They all look alike, eh?
      A liberal mortal sin.

  2. All you women have exactly the prime minister you deserve. There will be no white nighting from me.

  3. What was the woman judges name? If Alberta votes in one ndp in the next election I will never enter the province again

  4. Would she have said the same thing if he wasn’t a you-know-what? I think we know the answer.

  5. It seems to me that the ‘judge’ bent over backwards and twisted herself into a pretzel to disavow the statements of the 6 girls.
So where is the #Metoo outrage? Did I miss it?

  6. In Canada but also in western civilization, liberals and muslims are now above the law.

    because equality.

  7. Yea, same judge gave a light sentence to a native guy who stabbed a guy under the chin in west edmonton mall. The blade went into the victim’s mouth, through his tongue and into the roof of his mouth. What did the victim of this attack do? he told the guys sister she should play different music. This judge brought up the typical “very troubling” upbringing involving a “dysfunctional” family argument for the light sentence. The attacker even had an extensive criminal record, which includes prior convictions of violence. So this judge has a history.

  8. “We are committed to broad-based reform to address these issues. As a country, we must and can do better,” Trudeau said in the House of Commons Monday.

    1. Gropers seldom do; it’s the gropees who experience the negative interactions.

  9. When are we going to start taking our country back from these multi-culti moronic politicians and their judicial enablers. That Judge should be removed from the bench and so should the idiot politician who appointed her if they are still in office. It seems that it is usually females who are the victims of these predators, sometimes the same ones who voted for the Groper in Chief the high Priest of diversity.

    1. It is true that adherents to different religions experience sexual assault in different ways. (Justin Groper doctrine.)

  10. No one brings the administration of Justice into disrepute to the degree that the judiciary does in Canada.

Where in the Charter is judicial hubris enshrined? Is it the “living tree” principle of interpretation used to abandon Common-Law equality under the law for post-modernist identity politics?

“Charter section on Equality Rights – 15, subsection (2), does not preclude any law,, program or activity that has as its object the amelioration of conditions of disadvantaged individuals or groups including those that are disadvantaged because of race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex or mental or physical disability.”

“Sect. 27, This Charter shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the preservation and enhancement of the multicultural heritage of Canadians.”

Most Canadians would not see these provisions in the Constitution as a national/political/cultural suicide pact.

Are an elite seeing the “supremacy of God” clause at the beginning of the Charter, as referring to those sitting on a bench, as Supreme Beings ? Curious minds want to know.

  11. Next time make sure there are easily identifiable features on the perpetrator.

Things like boken bones and holes in their body are very identifiable, hard to refute, and long lasting. Bruises are more ephemeral, but should be helpful with the initial positive identification. Remember, your judges require these things to positively identify and convict criminals. You are only helping the judge with her needs for the fair administration of justice.
