  3. I used to live very near there until 2005. I sold my house to a Dot Indian family. I know exactly where that is.
    Back in the ’70s, that was Circle 8 Speedways.

    This is what happens when government doesn’t take their core responsibilities seriously.
    Garbage disposal has been made too expensive because government panders to Gang Green.
    So dumping, fly-tipping, is becoming common.

    1. Every trip to my local dump with my dump trailer 7ft x 10ft x 3ft cost an average of $135 regardless of weight. I have taken literally HUNDREDS of trips to the dump for my recent remodel project. Because I am FORCED to do so by State and Local LAW … and obtain receipts … to certify that I’ve “recycled” at least 50% of all C&D materials (construction and debris).

      Yep. I foul have easily driven the side roads at midnight … with the dump trailer tipped up and saved myself $10k

  6. Go look at BareAss Beach SW of Saskatoon. You might as well just go to the landfill and do your suntanning there, it’s cleaner.

  7. I’ve grown up where the bumper stickers … Keep Tahoe Blue … prevailed. No, most people had no idea what that actually meant, but it was the perfect eco-slogan to slap on the bumper of their boxy old Volvo Wagon. Those people had no idea what the TRPA was or did. They didn’t really understand what Keeping Tahoe Blue necessitated.

    Fast forward to the 2020’s … Tahoe is being trashed … turned Brown … esp. hard on every summer weekend. At particular public beach gathering spots … mostly at Southshore. By a particular ethnic group who are fond of Tacos and Tecate. They leave pristine Tahoe beaches looking just like this Canadian roadside. But neither their names nor their ethnicity are dare mentioned. No, just as with AAPI “hate” … it’s implied that old white men are the ones not keeping Tahoe Blue. That narrative can be easily pushed. The actual Truth? No, it dare not be uttered.

    It does …. this country is going down faster and faster, it is no wonder that the so called prime minister does not like it here, you may have noticed that he is always in ‘elsewhere’.

    Thing is, you can’t even point this out to the mass media cartel or an idiot politicians, lest you are some kind of evil racist or something.

  10. No need to ask if this is Japanese curry or Indian curry. Starting to notice garbage on the side of the roads here too, including furniture. As one poster commented, if you are a good citizen and try to get rid of extra garbage lawfully,you have to pay through the nose, even if you drive it to the dump yourself. The reclycling sites here are alway full seems the city doesn’t empty them for months. Some guy on the internet invented a game: Go to Google map and click anywhere in India and see if you can find a place where there isn’t garbage all over the place.

    India vs. North Africa

    My money would be on North Africa despite this fine qualifying round by the Indians. Their cleanliness is remarkably similar, but the N. Africans don’t bother with an ad hoc dumpsite. They just toss everything (and I mean everything) right out the window. There was a shooting in the UK a couple months ago because the North African neighbors were tossing used diapers onto their neighbor’s patio. I’m not even convinced the destination of the used diapers was pre-ordained. That’s just where they landed.

    In Manitoba, the “Indians” you speak of, are definitely not the ones throwing trash on the ground…

    1. Yeah, but the Manitoba “Indians” give you a silver lining. Lots of recycling reimbursements due to all the bottles laying around. 🙂
