  1. For various reasons, including a provincial carbon tax raise, in Vancouver they’re paying $1.559/l,and we lucky folks in the Okie-noggin are currently @ $1.469,up from $1.329 yesterday.

Add a federal carbon tax and we’ll be close to two bucks and I might as well sell the old 4 X 4, or push it everywhere I want to go.

Sue the bastards, Saskatchewan. Best of luck.

    1. Remember the three S’s.

“No Officers, I have never seen that man. You said he was missing?

Can you help us find the pervert that is messaging my daughter? He hasn’t sent any messages recently, but we think he is just laying low. We want you to arrest him.

They are the same person? Maybe he fled the province, knowing that the RCMP was closing in on him? Can we have a picture of him? I want everyone to call you if they see him.”

Remember, Shut Up and Clean Up! Wipe it down with bleach. Burn it all! It never happened, and never, ever say anything to anyone.

The State doesn’t care anymore, and neither should you.

    2. I hope either a) the jury votes unanimously for aquittal of the parents, or b) the judge summarily dismisses the case. Pipe dreams, I suppose.

  2. 8pm EDT 270+ votes, 90% in favour.

I see that a Quebec judge has ok’d a class action against the gov’t for Phoenix.

  3. All the best to sask
Hope you succeed in defeating this dictatorship carbon tax scam
And I pray we boot the liberals in june here in ont. So we can join suit too.

  4. I had supported Ken Cheveldayoff in the leadership race, and I must say I was rather sad when Scott Moe made the news. I will however support Premier Moe 100% in his fight against the heathen Justin Trudeau.

Not since the days when the Catholic church had people believing that they could buy their way out of hell with indulgences has anyone come up with a more corrupt scheme than Trudeau forcing Canadians to pay a tax for other countries’ CO2 emissions.

In the last few months, overwhelming evidence exists that the planet is actually cooling rapidly, as are the oceans. Yet these Liberal scammers are still hell bent on ripping honest citizens. Shame on Trudeau and the Liberals.

    1. You have two choices. The made in Ottawa scam (carbon tax) or the made in Saskatchewan scam (Prairie Resilience). Both scams hate CO2 and both are wasting billions of dollars fighting an imaginary problem. So before you fight Justin the Turdeau, remember Moe is also a scammer and deserves a fight.

  5. Your tax dollars at work. I guess they are running out of activists in B.C. Now they have to hire them

Work with Dogwood for the summer!

As an organizing assistant through the Canada Summer Jobs program you will work directly with a Dogwood Provincial Organizer and the field organizing team to help our organizing network stop the Kinder Morgan pipeline and tanker project, as well as help us strengthen the public call for stronger, more accountable and transparent democracy.

  6. Always best at SDA to keep a running tab on if the vote counter has continued to function or if minor adjustments were necessary…

The Lorne Calvert explanation on the SDA sidebar to the right.

  7. If this gets to the SCC (no guarantee they will agree to hear it) the supremos will side with the libranos. The status quo will be protected at all cost.

    1. Sadly, since they’ve already demonstrated that they hold the constitution in little regard.

  8. I am sure that all of Trudeau the first’s supreme court appointments will vote for rule of law here.

It will work. It is the right idea. All the people who said Hillary was guaranteed to win assure me that the courts are the answer. To deal with a federal government that ignores all laws.

  9. Now if some of the other premiers had the intestinal fortitude to stand with Premier Moe, that narcissistic lunatic in Ottawa might just have to rethink his position. Unfortunately the vast majority of premiers in this country either think that a carbon tax is the greatest thing since sliced bread or are afraid of incurring Trudeau’s petulant wrath. C’mon Palister. Show some backbone and do what you were elected to do.

  10. The photo accompanying the poll shows what appears to be steam from a cooling tower. It’s much more evocative than a clean smoke stack.

  11. Hopefully Doug Ford will soon be the Premier of Ontariowe and he has already said that part of his platform is to refuse this ridiculous dream of Justine and Gerry Butts carbon tax.

  12. Premier Moe might want to consider dropping his own writ on the day Alberta is called to the polls. It would be nice to have both provinces go to the polls together in a ‘yuuuuge’ show of force against certain parts of the country and our moronic federal government. You don’t get a lot of ‘sweet spot’ chances to make an important point.

  13. 1558 to 172 – What is with the 172!!! I would bet that they wouldn’t voice their opinions in public.
