In several months, Trump is going to flip the script. He’ll have made numerous beneficial regulatory and policy changes, he’ll have made meaningful reform in several unpopular agencies, he’ll score several diplomatic wins. People will be pleased with the direction of things and the tax savings jingling in their pockets. Then he’ll point to the Democrats and pundits and snowflakes who have been in continuous meltdown and mark them as morons, ioons, and fools. And everyone will agree with him. And just like that, his enemies will be swept aside.
Don’t be too sure. Democrats, pundits and snowflakes aren’t concerned about outcomes. They’re purely driven by intentions and they will continue to paint Trump’s intentions as evil. Trump’s challenge for reelection will be keeping enough “right-thinking” people on his side.

I’m always amazed at how consistent Trump has been over the years. I have seen a number of interviews from the 80s and 90s and he essentially says the same things now as he did then. I believe there’s a term for that: stable.
