Renegade Regulator

A win for the good guys.

This is a really, really big win for us. With this Ruling, we’re in a dominating position in Court, and CSA’s standards racket is now on death watch. Yes, it’s that big.

  1. “Dirty tricks aside, the SCC was already on record colluding with CSA’s violation of public review laws. That’s awkward, because the SCC is supposed to police the CSA. And that’s awkward for Industry Canada, the Department responsible for both the SCC and CSA.”
We are about to see the standard of integrity of the Minister in charge of Industry Canada,Navdeep Bains, MP from Missisauga.
Let’s hope it is superior to that of other Cabinet Ministers who have made the News recently.

  2. the way the power system boys set it up, it has to be an INDIVIDUAL citizen with the resources, knowhow and luck to ‘fight the good fight’. they make sure NONE of the ‘knowhow’ seeps into the edjukashun cystem, the court rules are byzantine and expensive, and yes, ‘rig’ the voting via SCC.
the sheeple are in fact sheeple. ignorant, focusing on the latest media darling pop singer, enviro disaster (aka record cold temperatures popping up all over the continent), etc etc.
it doesnt matter one insignificant iota who is in gubbamint. the perks of power and the inertia of the status quo steamrolls ANYONE who challenges this ‘sweet spot’ of authority over the sheeple.
    and its just getting worse.

  3. I wish I could be optimistic but there’s too much money involved here.
The government will just change the rules to protect their cash flow.
You see, governments will protect their monopolies at the expense of all else.
Jailing grain farmers to protect the CWB comes to mind.
The pot heads are about to discover this.
That said, kudos to PS Knight for having the tenacity and perseverance to keep going.

  4. Longer this goes on, the greater my conviction.
The only cure for entrenched parasites is the Guillotine.
    Complete confiscation of stolen wealth.
The fact that this case has gone on this long makes clear how corrupt our “helpers” are.
Firing is not enough to encourage the next crop to keep their hands in their own pockets.
    The kleptocracy is full blown.
    Reform is very unlikely.
Of course once enough Canadians realize that laws are ONLY for the little people, survival becomes more tribal by the day.
The propaganda will be endless this year,as Canada slides into complete bankruptcy.
    Who are you gonna believe?
    Government; “All is well”
Your lying eyes; Prices up,opportunity down and taxes ever expanding.Income shrinking Theft increasing.
On the bright side, at least our fearless leaders are consistent, crime pays very well, especially if you get to write the “LAW”.

  5. Following this saga from afar for the last ? years (ever since first appearance on SDA) all I can say is congratulations. The shear hard work and determination let alone the time and cost is a testament to PS Knights sense of injustice on behalf of themselves and the greater Canadian people.
When I first started reading these updates I was a little mystified by it all and then I realised that actually its probably the same throughout the old empire, certainly talking to my nieces husband who owns an electrical work contracting company in the UK it would appear to be. (Does a parliamentary system actually enable these rackets?) Would that all of those other parliamentary countries could find champions for us the sheeple as Canada has found in PS Knight. Hopefully the success continues, and name PS Knight re-ignites the old meaning of honour especially on Canada.

  6. This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the CSA – “You don’t speak for me.”

  7. They caught a break in having Richard Bell as the judge. He’s definitely not a student of the Trudeaupian school of jurisprudence.

  8. I wonder if that was the same Judge Bell, as the guest speaker at my oldest high school grad in 1987, who said the the Charter was an unemployment insurance scheme for lawyer? He was quite young at the time.

  9. I do occasional safety training for a subset of the energy industry. Like CSA, the ‘certification’ is offered by a company that is the child of the energy producers.
They are constantly expanding the range of training programs (the certifying group, not those producing the energy) and it’s apparent that it’s not about safety so much as generating money through compliance. They set the national standard, so if you want to work with the product you have to pay the piper.
I’ve long complained about the content/quality of the exams – so many questions that are negatively worded or just unclear. My students typically score in the 90’s and if it weren’t for the badly written materials, most would score 100.
It’s neither rocket fuel nor rocket science.

  10. as I have said in the past the Canadian constitution is of lawyers, by lawyers, for lawyers. I do believe I said that the year it was foisted upon the Canadian people. sometimes it is depressing to be right.

  11. mmm, what? the SCC not looking out for the rule of law and the well being of Citizens, colour me shocked Way to go RestoreCSA, shove it down their throats
