No surprises here. I have an hvac friend who specialises in Vancouver restaurant work. He regular gets to see the in innards of businesses who process food.
He refuses to eat out at even the fanciest of restaurants.
Perhaps there’s a Vietnamese restaurant somewhere in the Lower Mainland waiting for a meat delivery from an organic supplier.
If I were a big city cop somewhere in the USA today, I would NEVER eat at ANY public establishment.
I had a workmate I traveled with who would regularly make a scene if his toast wasn’t dark enough. I believe he deserved all the spit and boogers he probably received from pissed off kitchen staff. Despite my numerous warnings he never stopped, I suspect he was addicted to the power trip it gave him.

Their store’s name is ‘Beyond Organics’? I hope the dog in question was raised in an organic green sustainable manner.
Just had a look on google earth. Looks like a dump with iron curtains.
There’s a “Raw Pet Food” banner on the main sign. On street view there’s a guy standing at the front door with a little pooch on a leash. I’d say it’s raw materials, but that probably comes in through the back, eh?

The deepfreeze had 25 lbs of pot, and the dead dog in it.
Grass fed meat indeed !
Item 208. (above) is just as shocking ! Unlabeled “meat”. God knows what it is ? The health dept. should DNA test every bit of the unlabeled meat to determine if any other house pets, snakes, or vermin, are being served to unwitting (assumed) diners
BTW Can.Obs. … more and more … it seems as though when I eat out, I end up with G.I. distress. It’s almost as if I get “Montezuma’s Revenge” every time I eat out. It’s almost like I am traveling to Mexico every time I eat out … oh! wait! … hold on a minute … ?
Yes, a friend who worked in a ritzy place told me he saw a cook kill a rat with a ladle, then continue using the ladle.
C’mon, who among us hasn’t accidently stuffed a dead dog into a freezer meant for organic dog food when it should have gone into the organic human food freezer?
Quick send them a PETA calendar. They can look deep into the eyes of a dead dog on ice and not correct with a now non-sentient being.

Observation: White balance of photograph of report is shifted to red.
Corrective action; Open file in image program. Go to “levels” Use white balance eyedropper tool and touch any area of the paper that should display white, boom, the entire photograph corrects and the document displays as black text on white paper. Save file.
