We Don’t Need No Stinking Giant Mirrors

Daily Caller;

Solar panels create 300 times more toxic waste per unit of electricity generated than nuclear power plants, according to a Thursday report from the pro-nuclear group Environmental Progress (EP).
The report found that solar panels use heavy metals, including lead, chromium and cadmium, which can harm the environment. The hazards of nuclear waste are well known and can be planned for, but very little has been done to mitigate solar waste issues.

  1. They build most of the solar cells and solar panels in China. The pollution is mostly in China. No one in North America ever sees it. Progressives never see the damage.

  2. And by extrapolation … Elon Musk insists that his novelty electric cars can be powered by – Solar only. Solar panels screwed to your roof, solar shingles tacked to your roof, GIANT solar farms covering the landscape … thus making your eco-signaling automobile truly “renewable”. No … actually your eco-sedan is polluting the hell out of the landscape in a myriad of ways.

  3. Solar panels create 300 times more toxic waste per unit of electricity generated than nuclear power plants?
    well…
    we will simply use natural gas powered machines that were built with electricity made from burning coal, coal that was carried in diesel trucks, to recycle the toxic wastes from the solar panels
    see?
    solar panels are truly zero emission!!!
