Speaking of the rose amidst the thorns that is Israel, I pointed out to my father the other day the appearance of a typical Muslim majority, Middle East city when they appear on the news for one reason or another. How the cities are so completely f——- hideous. Every home, every building is walled off, no trees, the architecture is all concrete – essentially every square inch is a hellscape of Brutalism. Now of course filthy progressives have done their fair share of damage to Western cities with their Soviet-inspired concrete catastrophes, but nothing compares to sheer ugliness of the typical Muslim majority urban streetscape.

My cousin did a tour in the Golan Heights keeping the Arabs from attacking the Jews and he commented on how he could stand with one foot in Israel and the other in Arab territory the one in Israel on green grass the other on bare sand. I don’t know that he wasn’t exaggerating a bit but on satellite pictures you can make out Israel. It it the green sliver of land along a bit of the Mediterranean.
I was in Israel in 1982, (and had previously visited Syria, Iraq & Iran, among other places); I’m no ‘expert’ but it seems to me that one major factor is the difference between “Allah will provide” and “Get off you butt and DO it”.
Israel is a miracle so long as the goyim stay guilty and send money and youth to fight Israel’s wars. Maybe Conservatives would have less problems if they’d recognize the true enemy.

Wondering if there still is an expectation/desire/hope for this feeling by the generations following those born in the World War Two years. Israel exists as a result of her ability to defend herself, just like every other country. Nothing more, nothing less. No country has “a right to exist” apart from the right to assert its own existence militarily. Anything else is globalism.

As I commented to Daniel Greenfield’s article, if the first part of Ezekiel 37 has come true – and I contend that it has – then what about the rest of the chapter, especially the part where ADONAI, God, says that he will make his HOME with the people of Israel.
The reason why everything in Israel prospers is because the people of Israel are God’s messengers (ambassadors) to the rest of the world of HIS blessings (prosperity) and HIS right-living (righteousness; e.g., the Ten Commandments).
They are his representatives.
As such, God created the people of Israel to be everything that he is. Consider the Gan ‘Eden (garden of Eden) which God himself built. Consider the home that we humans have on this earth, the home that God built for us, how prosperous it is and how vast the array of life and how overwhelmingly beautiful it is.
