Bye, bye citizen Obama.
As many of you know, I wasn’t a Trump fan. I didn’t believe he could defeat Clinton. I had great doubts. I lacked understanding. I still have concerns about his presidency, primarily because I am a western Canadian. I am a believer in trade and I think some of the promises that President Trump has made will impact my region and my country. C’est la vie. Mea culpa to those who knew better, I didn’t.
Having said all that, were I an American citizen, had I a vote, I would have crawled over broken glass, volunteered to clip the wire at the Somme, been on Utah on the 6th of June to vote against Hillary Clinton.
I would have voted Trump.
She who lied over the caskets of fallen diplomats. She who instigated the entire Libyan folly. She of the “Russian reset”. She with such disregard and disrespect of American, Canadian, and the other ‘Five Eyes’ confidentiality that she decided it was okay to send it in the clear. That beast had to be kept from the Presidency. Regardless of what happens, regardless of my doubts, regardless of the whiny D’s in the States, this is the best day this year.
She had to lose and I am grateful to the American people who, with their vote, with their franchise, are always right and in my opinion, made the correct choice.
I’m happy for you. Drink ALL THE BEER because I am.

Those who disagree with Trump, that radical islam or muslim terrorism should be destroyed, should be exiled and forced to live in a terrorist infested and under-sharia-law muslim nation.
Comments are interesting. It is also worth mentioning what an incredible accomplishment this was for Trump who was dismissed over and over again. He was vilified by the media, mocked, undermined in the debates, and rejected by his own party. Energy and determination led to his success. I don’t think very many people could have overcome that level of adversity. I hope he is successful in MAGA. God bless Donald Trump.
Nice being finally able to have a celebratory shot of tequila. While it’s nice to see moonbat heads explode and the revealing of the globalist lugenpresse, the fight has just begun. This day roughly corresponds to the period 24 hours after the D-day landing; a significant victory but a very precarious one. Now we’ll see if the average American, of which Trump spoke today, will be as able to carry on the fight for freedom as well as the Americans in 1776
So did I. Trunp’s speech was not only inspiring, but honest, heartfelt, and not read from a Teleprompter.
The candid views of some of the participants on the dais were quite revealing. At one point Ol’Bill was ogling Mrs Trump and his wife was just glowering at him. MichelleO looked like she had put a piece of chocolate in her mouth only to discover it was a turd, and she couldn’t spit it out. Her life of fame and luxury on the taxpayers dime has come to an end and she is clearly pissed-off about it. BarryO managed to maintain dignity and aplomb, but you could see he was struggling to pull it off. I’ll give him that, but little else for the worst president in US history.
I don’t recall any Imams give any prayer. Did I miss this?
Mind you, CAIR did say the other day that Trump was not legitimate.

One other poibnt — just so it is not forgotten. Do people remember the insulting way Obama treated Trump at that Whitehouse press dinner. Obama basically humiliated Trump. I thought it was totally unbecoming of a President to humiliate an ordinary citizen in that way. Some have suggested that that was a turning point for Trump i deciding to run. I don’t know. We will never know, but Trump pursuing and winning the Presidency is a terrific pay back for Obama’s nasty arrogance. Many may have forgotten this incident, but I’ll bet Obama has not.
And having you in Canada makes this American so very happy.
Yes, I remember that incident very well. I thought at the time it was extremely unbecoming of a President, but so typical of Obama’s egotistical arrogance. From the firm resolve and lack of expression on Trump’s face, I could just imagine him thinking: “Just you wait you arrogant son-of-a-bitch, you’ll eat those words.” Yes, I believe that taunt was the turning point in Trump deciding to run. As they say “The rest is history”. I also imagine that incident went through Obama’s mind today as he sat on the dais. He finally got the comeuppance he deserved. It was a fitting good-riddance to the worst president in America’s history.
I do not know what I enjoy more, the leftist meltdown or that malignant cancer leaving the oval office.
I’m enjoying them equally. I remember when Trump announced his candidacy, and thinking how much I would enjoy watching all the smug lieberal heads implode when he won. Now whenever I see one of my lieberal acquaintances I start humming “Hail to the Chief” just to watch them squirm. I haven’t felt this good about an election in years.
It was hard getting on the Trump bandwagon what with the best Republican field in generations, but the media made it his show giving conservatives little choice in the selection. I have a long memory and DJT made comments over the last 20 years that still rankle. Nonetheless, as time passed, it was clear that none of the authentic Republicans could have stood up to the incredible bias and distortion displayed by the MSM. So, I bought yard signs and even a window sticker for the Lincoln. If some stupid cow could drive around in her MB with a Bernie sticker, a tasteful sign on an American car (I know where it’s made), would be infinitely more appropriate. Somehow no vandalism although it only sits out at golf courses. While only a few below the 49th want to see Canada damaged through this election, I would like to see DJT remove a pound of hubris from PM Zoolander, PM May and Merkel as well. The state of the world today, none these individuals has the moral high ground on anyone.
I happened to have had severe doubts about Obama ever since he started his run and finally became President. Those doubts quickly turned to major worry as I realized he was a disaster. Observing Trump’s run was interesting but seeing the quality of persons who are prepared to work alongside him in his cabinet is exciting. But there is a point to be made, Trump was elected for the people of the U.S.A. and his responsibilities are to them not to Canadians, Trudeau bears that but I doubt if he can protect or mitigate us from the effects of the changes that will occur. That leaves us in the uncomfortable position of depending on Trump’s goodwill!

If Obama’s disrespect to Trump convinced Donald Trump to run, then that will be the one positive accomplishment that President Barack Obama ever accomplished in his eight years.
I am just happy that Obama’s and Clinton’s foreign policy bungling did not result in a nuclear exchange so far. I was sure they would.

C’mon now, here’s another positive achievement (that Obama shares with Trump): he kept the Clintons from getting back into the White House.
Yup. And also, look at the quality of the people and the organizations that hate Donald J. Trump and are tirelessly trying to discredit him. That is reason enough right there to have made me want him to win this election.
