      what isnt funny l had OCD SO BAD once an irritating simplistic tune would play over and over and over and over and over and, well you get the idea. to anyone who has or know someone suffering that terrible disability, allow me a suggestion, what FINALLY worked for me was truly exceptional tactic.
      l gave up. l stopped fighting the thoughts, and just ‘threw my hands up’ aka ‘have at ‘er OCD you win
