The WTC attacks were by Saudis, so the USSA attacked Iraq and destabilized the entire region with their military misadventure meddling. Their ineptitude allowed trainloads of munitions and weapons to be shipped to Syria while the UN wandered in the desert looking for the WMDs that were on the trains.
