1. So Mr Comey….here is the INTENT !
   (Which was never a relevant issue in law as it pertained to charging her….but he saw it that way.)
   Now slam her ass in jail.

   How should Comey explain intent to tens if not hundreds of thousands of people who have been sent to jail for negligence when by definition negligence is action without intent?

   or is it REALLY all about FREE $hit to these people ? FREE college … but mommy and daddy don’t have ANY disposable income for Christmas this year, Janie! (Johnny’s not included because males are in the distinct minority at colleges)

6. Comey has to work this case intellegently…and he is.
   If he violated the Hatch act he did so because someones life is on danger….has anyone seen Huma lately or is it a reasonable theory that she is currently under protective custody?
   He charges Hillary at this time everybody then lawyers up and Obama starts the paper mill to give out pardons before he leaves office.
   Right now the Democrats want Comey to devulge more information so they know what to lawyer up for, he keeps mum this story grows legs and the chances of someone panicking and ratting out the big fish also grows. Add to that constant drip of info coming from Wikileaks and its a recipe for the perfect storm.
   All Comey has to do now is wait until after inauguration day to recommend indictment.
