Corpus Derelicti

Jamie Sarkonak;

Heller’s saga began when he spoke up about the wording in the Indigenous competency course mandated for all lawyers by the B.C. Law Society. As things stood back then, all members of the profession had to read through materials endorsed by their professional overseers to maintain the ability to practice — only, the course materials were objectively false. The thousands of professionals gatekeeping everything from real estate deals to criminal sentencing — professionals from which the next generation of B.C.’s judges would be drawn — were being told to internalize the unproven claim that the bodies of children were found at the Kamloops residential school grounds.

20 Replies to “Corpus Derelicti”

  1. Making imaginary history pivotal in the Canadian legal system, there lies justice.

  2. Putting a bit of sugar on the dogcrap they have to swallow:

    From this:

“discovery of an unmarked burial site containing the bodies of 215 children on the former Kamloops Indian Residential School grounds”

    To this:

The course currently speaks of “200 targets of interest at the Kamloops site that are probable burials.”

Probable. What’s the Latin phrase for bring forth the bones?

    1. “200 targets of interest at the Kamloops site within an area that is claimed to be a burial site”.

  3. You can imagine how surprised the Germans were when the Jews came up with their equally provable claims.

    1. Go screw yourself. The German military left meticulous records.

In the Kamloops case, there are no documented missing childrren. No one knows who these children are supposed to be, strongly suggesting they never existed at all.

      1. Nah. And as per usual, you are wrong.

You are the type of self-proclaimed genius who would trust torturers because they produce forced confessions. Moreso if another one of them reviews those confessions. Peer review and all.

Much like with the natives, ground penetrating radar was also used in the Treblinka railway station and found nothing. Much like Pallywood, all there are are unverifiable claims, pictures of non-Jews in camps that are claimed to be Jews, showers used to treat lice claimed to be instead pumping out gas, magical furnaces claiming to burn millions that couldn’t do even a fraction of that even if they ran 24/7.

Jews made the same claim of 6 million killed prior to the war. They have used that figure repeatedly. And yet somehow the population of Jews was greater after the war than before. Looks like they share polar bear extinction patterns.

  4. James Heller – a rare Canadian man – a man – with balls!
We need many many more like him

  5. Capitulation to an unarmed enemy is beyond simple cowardice.

No nation can survive such treasonous behavior.

  6. The BC Law society is typical of the captured institutions not content with their monopoly right to practice hold over their profession and now actively engaged in cultural Marxist theatre with shaming sessions and career cancellation in store for dissenting members. More interested in protecting their monopoly power through such activities favorable to the state that grants it, they demonstrate the worst traits of guild socialism. They should all be freed from their monopolies and subject to competing voluntary professional registration and self governance. Such cases as this example have virtually nothing to do with professional practice and everything to do with abuse of delegated power and political narrative reinforcement including overt racism under new management. When speaking and seeking the truth is seen as an offense, the institutional rot is beyond repair.

  7. “The thousands of professionals gatekeeping”…

Gatekeeping by professionals? That never happens…

  8. They’re flagrant, but if their own AGM isn’t fully co-opted it reveals just how shallow their bench is.
The marxists are burning themselves out by doubling down everywhere.

Interest certainly centers around the two challenging lawyers initial motivation.

  9. Excerpts below have been taken from the following report from 1858/59:

…When the Rev. James Settee arrived at the Mission last autumn, the Crees of the Sandy Hills having received intelligence that the bishop had sent a ” praying man” to teach them the truths of Christianity, directed messengers to enquire whether “the Great praying father had sent plenty of rum, if so, they would soon become followers of the white man’s good Manitou.” The messengers returned with the sad intelligence that the great praying father had not only omitted to send rum, but he hoped that the Plain Crees would soon abandon the practice of demanding rum in exchange for their pemican and robes. The messengers were directed to return to the missionary with the announcement, that ” if the great praying father did not intend to send any rum, the sooner ho took his praying man away from the Qu’Appelle Lakes, the better for him.”…

…When conversing with the Crees of the Sandy Hills, many of them expressed a wish to have their children taught by while men, but they did not appear to like the idea of their being taught by a native of a different origin. The school, however, appears here, as elsewhere among Indian tribes, to be the only sure ground for establishing the true faith among them. “Teach my children for two or three years, but let me follow the ways of my fathers,” said the son of the Chief of the Sandy Hills to me. Many expressed a wish that the little ones should know the white man’s cunning, and learn to cultivate the soil, but they would stipulate to remain themselves still the wild prairie Indians, hunting the buffalo, and occasionally tasting the savage excitement of war…

…So much for the “accepted” narratives of education and drinking rum…

    1. ” … whether “the Great praying father had sent plenty of rum, if so, they would soon become followers of the white man’s good Manitou…”

Talk about selling indulgences. Sounds like a win/win to me.

  10. Related – I know someone who used to be involved in the installation of telecommunications towers across the country. He told me that many times the ideal location was on a sacred burial ground whenever it was going on a reserve. Sometimes amazingly enough the burial ground was under solid Canadian Shield rock! A bribe to the chief and some of his friends and relatives was always enough to fix things

    1. “…the burial ground was under solid Canadian Shield rock!”

Testament to the superior mining technology created by “other ways of knowing” and indigenous wisdom.

I am told that the ancient and venerable Roma have a similar store of “knowledge.”

  11. My daughter recently received her call to the bar as a Manitoba lawyer. As part of the “training” process, she had to take a course on Aboriginal history. To add another myth to the pile, apparently the RCMP had a deliberate policy of shooting Inuit sled dogs in the 1950s and 60s. This despite any evidence of any such policy. It was more likely a response to communities beset by aggressive feral dogs but it makes for more grist for the grievance mill if you frame it in terms of governmental authorities trying to force Inuit people onto reserves by killing off their means of transportation.

    1. “It was more likely a response to communities beset by aggressive feral dogs …”

That is exactly what it was. Some of the reserves in Northern Ontario had their annual “dog day” too. And the residents of the reserves organized it and participated.

  12. ALL so-called Hate Speech Laws are the ultimate expression of Hate. Just as the anti-bullying advocates are the worst bullies of all.

Mind control is anti-human Hate. The absolute worst.

    1. hate.
      the precursor to violence.
lve taken it upon myself to explore the connexion.
the starting point is my personal experience from a young age. what l have found so far,
l have concluded that given the following 3 contributing factors,
you WILL get bullying 100% of the time:
      – power. it is axiomatic there must be a power differential.
-inclination. the difference being ‘born that way’ and normal ppl.
-opportunity. there must be no impediment present. no one to intervene or witness.
when l examine personal and incidents l witnessed, all 3 apply.
as such not only do they *explain* the behavior they guarantee it will happen.
      the next phase is violence.
everything from the sandbox bully to invading a neighboring country.
at present the local Bd of Ed is ignoring my inquiries and blocked my number
so l went above them the regional office of Min of Ed.
told them the locals were showing indifference and ignoring my questions and complaints,
ie same thing they did 68 year ago.
