  1. Progressives hiding, lying about and suppressing exculpatory information in trials, debates and elections.
I’m shocked, I tell you shocked. No I’m not. These clowns think the rules only apply to adversaries, double standards and hypocrisy don’t trouble them.
Don’t kid yourself, if Rubio or Cruz or Fiorina won the GOP POTUS nomination, they would be labelled precisely the same as Trump – racist, misogynist loose cannon who can’t be trusted, unlike Crooked Hillary and various mediocracy sycophants who are looking out for their interests, no wait, the citizens.
Same progressive crap, different country, different election – chameleon elitists masquerading as real people caring a whit about the great unwashed.
Too bad for them Tough Trump would be cowed into silence like Romney was and Cruz would have been. By and large the American public is not aware of the full extent of Hillary’s legal shenanigans, yet she still sits at negative in trust.
The irony is the politician who is least mistrusted by their party and the people will probably win POTUS and Congress.

  2. Well said. The progressive swine pull the same bag of filthy tricks every election in the US and in Canada.

  3. The rules are the same in Canada.
The Supreme Court of Canada wrote this in Stinchcombe, 1991:
“The Crown has a legal duty to disclose all relevant information to the defence. The fruits of the investigation which are in its possession are not the property of the Crown for use in securing a conviction but the property of the public to be used to ensure that justice is done.”

  4. She’d be the perfect Secretary of State for Hillary – all the right qualities.

  5. these highly selective prosecutors need to have their precious careers TAKEN AWAY after doing this shyt. then, no opp. to advance said career on the backs of hapless accused.

  6. The existence of the second guy in the back of the van is not new. I read about him and what he originally had to say last year shortly after the event. The defense should have been on this from the beginning, perhaps they were and the current kerfuffle is all to mess with the prosecution.
I can’t remember where online I read about it, but IIRC Gray was thrashing around violently in the van while the cops were trying to belt him in and they gave up on it. Then Gray was throwing himself around in the van as it was moving.
