This is not a new problem. My daughter was attacked in elementary school by a little Muslim boy 6 years ago because she ignored him. He jumped her from behind and started punching her in the head. Here in Red Deer, we didnt vote liberal but we are getting it anyways. In our little elementary school of 300 students we have accepted over 20 refugees this spring. They are not putting them in every school, only two in the whole city (we are one of the lucky ones).
Now our school has its own ESL teacher for them. The other problem is assimilation, these people arent coming here to be Canadians, we know this from Europe. Just down the road from the school, they are putting them all up in one townhouse complex. We are getting our own “no go” zone, just like in Paris.
The parents dont speak English, they have no training, no education, and no job experience. What are they supposed to do, go work on a service rig? This is a disaster in the making.
The question not being addressed is: Why are these people, who are so incompatible with Canadian culture, here in the first place? Indeed, not only are they incompatible with Canadian values but they are openly hostile to them. To answer the question directly: they are here because they serve the interests of the governing class who, whether you approve or not, are Liberals, more specifically, Quebec Liberals.
Now the next question is: What do Quebec Liberals hope to achieve by importing these types of people? I’m afraid the answer to this question lies in the nature of the Quebec elite’s political psyche. They hate the Jews, they have been in open rebellion against the Catholic Church – and by extension: Christianity. And they still can’t get over their humiliation on the Plains of Abraham. The Maritimes have been a victim of central Canada’s political establishment for a century. Personally I’d just as soon cut all ties and either join the US or else become a separate country.
