  1. The best way to reduce government spending is to eliminate those who you spend the money on. That’s what he meant when he said the budget will balance itself.

  2. When you intend to use pension money to fund “infrastructure” and don’t intend to pay back to the fund, then the best way is to eliminate the people who collect from the fund.

  3. There are people who will take money to kill other people, it is known to mankind as:
    THE ASSASSIN’S BUSINESS MODEL
Of course the National Socialists (Nazis) tried euthanasia out in 1937; apparently it didn’t work out too well.
Back in the period 1946-1948 the reward for euthanasia enthusiasts was a last meal, cigarette and blindfold before facing a firing squad.
But of course we have ‘advanced’ so much with budgetary considerations, that killing is now considered a kindness. Where have we heard this before…?
Welcome to the Brave New World, where the medical profession is once again being actively pimped out to corruption.
It is high time that the committee and Parliament tell the Supreme Court of Canada where they can get off the train!
Here’s a recommendation for physician assisted suicide:
    1. Tell the Supreme Court of Canada you can take your Carter decision and “shove it up your robes” via Section 33 of the Constitution Act 33:
    Exception where express declaration 33.
    (1) Parliament or the legislature of a province may expressly declare in an Act of Parliament or of the legislature, as the case may be, that the Act or a provision thereof shall operate notwithstanding a provision included in section 2 or sections 7 to 15 of this Charter.
    2. Failing item 1. All physicians who wish to engage in Physician Assisted Dying should be issued double SS runes to be affixed to their lapels; so the local population know who they are dealing with…
    3. Issue letters of apology to the surviving family members of all Canadian soldiers littered over the fields of northern France and Germany that they died for nothing.
    4. Assemble properly constituted firing squads, as a last meal, cigarette and blindfold has more dignity and mercy than what the Supreme Court of Canada has cooked up with the idiotic Carter decision.
    5. Government functionaries are too stupid to play GOD, with false compassion, which history proves over and over. Further any so called protections built into legislation will get swept aside in some following appeal so don’t even bother trying to sell this claptrap to the Canadian public.
    I remain somewhat disrespectfully yours,

  4. Slippery slope? Exactly.
First: it will be legal for a doctor to assist in a suicide.
Next: assisted suicide will be defined as a medical procedure that can be demanded.
Next: doctors will not be allowed to deny a request for assistance in a suicide.

  5. You may wonder if a braindead PM like Justin should be advocating whacking people who are braindead.

  6. The good news is that we can one day now bank on Turdeau’s kids “pulling the plug” for all our sakes!

  7. No shit.
The largest part of Healthcare Canada’s costs are the last two years of peoples lives.
    Solution?
Kill them before they cost too much.
Obviously the current plan, simply postpone care until they pass, is not working well enough.
Makes the “Professional Caregivers” look lazy and evil, as service postponed is indistinguishable from service denied.
Just as the Supreme Court and the Federal Government have paved the way for legal polygamy and beastiality, when they attacked marriage, assisted suicide is just the beginning.
But what would you expect from progressives?
Their core beliefs are wrapped around their key assumption, that they are superior to normal folk.
They know better than you or I how we shall live our lives and direct our energies.
This is why the idiocies of Eugenics are still around, why the Indian Industry continues to impoverish and imprison native americans and why theft by government is taught as business as usual.
This is why so many of them lust for power.
Power over you, at any cost.
The means are justified by the end.
In this case the early end of pensioners.

  8. and that is what this is about, those who commented above you are off topic thumping their bibles

  9. Yep – solution to healthcare funding problem. Kill the sick people. There will eventually be no choice involved. I wonder if Dr. Mengele has anyone who took over the practice. It will help speed up inheritances too.

  10. Sure, except any liberal promise to “Bring back democracy” is pure garbage to begin with.
Did anyone with a functioning braincell expect Butts and co would allow back bench MP’s to have any opinions of their own?
Same applies to those Not Liberal, Liberal Senators.
Our proggs believe in power to the correct people for the good of the correct people.
    Democracy?
    Parliamentary process?
As clearly understood by our kleptocrats as ethics, honesty and integrity .
Pretty words to use on the low information voter.
Hence this failure to honour his promise, hardly requires comment and will be praised by our drooling media .

  11. Great business plan. Abortion at one end and euthanasia at the other while promoting LBGT….. stuff in between. The Liberals have also promised to bring in executioners for the stubborn ones. I guess we will see if any of the back-benchers object to being whipped.

  12. Why have doctors do it? Why would a doctor want to do it? Just take granny to a gun range, tie her to a post, give her a last cigarette, and then splatter her brains over the countryside. I love honesty. Why do we always have to sanitize things for human consumption? If someone wants granny dead, kill her yourself.
Over the last 65 years I’ve had maybe 3 or 4 dogs that were terminally ill or injured and I took care of things myself. Pat the old girl on the head and take her for a walk and shoot her. I’ve never gotten rid of a dog because I didn’t want it any more and I hate shooting them so much. It would be too easy to pay a vet to kill my old friend.

  13. Between this and forcing a party line vote on abortion, I still have no idea how he can call himself a Catholic.

  14. “Physician-assisted suicide” is euphemism designed to assuage the conscience of the medical community and the pro-euthanasia lobby.
If someone has to “assist” you in committing suicide, you’re not committing suicide. They’re killing you.
Let’s call this what it is: death by physician.

  15. Small correction, they are no longer physicians as they are not trying to heal or ameliorate a condition. In the interest of accuracy in language, they are rather defined as below.
There are people who will take money to kill other people, they are known to mankind as:
    ASSASSINS

  16. “Why have doctors do it? Why would a doctor want to do it? […] It would be too easy to pay a vet…”
Legal human euthanasia effectively turns physicians into veterinarians anyway so we might as well just merge the two fields.
Also, why restrict this to doctors? Heck, if everyone has the right to die, why restrict their ability to exercise that right?
The next time I’m driving across a bridge and see some poor sap perched and ready to leap to his death, I’ll know just what to do: jump out of the car, run over to him, announce: “Oh my God, you poor man, let me help you!” and then cheerfully give him a good shove into the abyss.
Come to think of it, here’s another economy: we can close down all the suicide prevention centres too.
After all, we mustn’t hinder anyone pursuing their absolute right to die, must we?

  17. “…Back in the period 1946-1948 the reward for euthanasia enthusiasts was a last meal, cigarette and blindfold before facing a firing squad. …”
If you are referring to the execution of war criminals convicted at Nuremburg, I think they were all hanged.

  18. Hey 666, when one doesn’t wish the government take out ones parents because they got really isn’t bible thumping. It’s called love. But anyone with a name like 666 probably is unfamiliar with that behaviour. Btw, is your name tattooed on your forehead.

  19. “Between this and forcing a party line vote on abortion, I still have no idea how he can call himself a Catholic.”
Muslims are supposed to lie to non-Muslims to promote Islam.

  20. Well that wasn’t in the original plan…
‘In late 1943, during the Tripartite Dinner Meeting at the Tehran Conference, the Soviet leader, Joseph Stalin, proposed executing 50,000–100,000 German staff officers. US President Franklin D. Roosevelt joked that perhaps 49,000 would do. Churchill, believing them to be serious, denounced the idea of “the cold blooded execution of soldiers who fought for their country” and that he’d rather be “taken out in the courtyard and shot” himself than partake in any such action.[9] However, he also stated that war criminals must pay for their crimes and that in accordance with the Moscow Document which he himself had written, they should be tried at the places where the crimes were committed. Churchill was vigorously opposed to executions “for political purposes.”[10][11] According to the minutes of a Roosevelt-Stalin meeting at Yalta, on 4 February 1945, at the Livadia Palace, President Roosevelt “said that he had been very much struck by the extent of German destruction in the Crimea and therefore he was more bloodthirsty in regard to the Germans than he had been a year ago, and he hoped that Marshal Stalin would again propose a toast to the execution of 50,000 officers of the German Army.”‘
It would appear that Stalin and Roosevelt preferred firing squads; but point taken nonetheless.

  21. “Between this and forcing a party line vote on abortion, I still have no idea how he can call himself a Catholic.”
Don’t hold your breath waiting for the clergy to withhold communion or excommunicate him.
That is how he can continue to call himself a Catholic.
Is Pierre’s carcass lying in a crypt in a consecrated Catholic graveyard?
    I rest my case.
Zoolander is just a front for the real policy makers anyway.
That, in a nutshell, is why he needs a cabinet.
Those selfies ain’t gonna take themselves./

  22. Isn’t it great living in an Oligarchical State (cult) where unelected unaccountable elitists exercise the powers bestowed upon them by the great law giver Pierre the Trudeau… Who needs the will of the people or democratic rule when its so much easier to be dictated to by unaccountable elites through the imposition of the Trudeau Charter… Put your conscience aside, bow down to the imposed Trudeau Charter and let the executions begin.

  23. Dey vil submit to de diktat.
If you remember that far back, Joe the Stalin, he if the diktat, always had a grin on his communist face.
    The original sunshine boy.

  24. I note Hans comments on the attitude of Franklin D Roosevelt and Josef Stalin regarding the possible execution of German officers.
Curiously enough neither Roosevelt and Stalin served in any war.
Churchill, on the other hand was a Omdurman in the Sudan 1898. Facing the Dervish who took few, if any prisoners. He also took part in the campaign of the Afghan campaign with the Malakand Field Force. He was at the front line in WW1.
Trust the likes of those non- participants to hold forth in matters of life or death.

  25. “…This is an act of killing, and, killing is a major sin and thus forbidden in Islam, the religion of pure mercy.”
That’s from the link you provided. But from what I’ve read of Islam, such strictures wouldn’t apply to non-Muslims. There seem to be a lot of Islamic doctrine actually in favour of killing infidels.

  26. I am sure the British hangman Albert Pierrepoint executed war criminals. I wonder if they were divided amongst the Allies and he just did the British allotment? But I think hanging was used to emphasize that they were criminals, while a firing squad would be considered more respectful to soldiers.

  27. Look the issue is about giving the state another increment of power to kill Canadians, of course Libranos cannot allow any slip ups here.

  28. you have my complete utmost respect.
I have had 3 dogs put down and bawled my eyes out every time. Juno (guess where THAT name came from) has some grey hair and lumps here and there.
she will not be put down until her time. In the mean time I spoil her rotten for all the unconditional affection and devotion she gives me. she has a story to tell, being a rescue dog from a puppy mill, but is too modest to disclose the details.
any ‘scientific’ types that claim mammals do not feel genuine emotion is a complete twit bereft of any objectivity. oh yes. it takes objectivity to see straight up the body language. Molly the kitty cat hid in the basement for a month when my dear girlfriend passed away last April. she felt it, in her own way, as much as me.
further evidence of genuine mammalian emotion:

  29. Yes this is a slippery slope–reminds me of the book “The Giver” where they got rid of people who were thought to be of no use to society. i.e old people. Abortion in my view is euthanasia too…especially since it’s legal to abort a pregnancy up to full term in this country. I wonder how you live with your conscience if you do…solve the problem…bring in refugees to up the birthrate.. There was a Royal Commission Report on Assisted Dying written over 10 years ago. The issues discussed were complex…it said we already help the terminally ill to die but giving them morphine thereby slowing their bodily functions so they die. I would think some provinces would have problems with “assisted dying” as would a lot of legislators and especially doctors. How does this fit in with taking the Hippocratic oath…but maybe they don’t anymore. What is worrying is that dictator Turdeau dictates how his party members should think and vote. That’s not democracy…Harper was so different yet he was criticized for being controlling. But Turdeau is worse…what is he afraid of?

  30. “I would think some provinces would have problems with “assisted dying” as would a lot of legislators and especially doctors.”
Especially Doctors? My dear marigold, doctors were key personnel in the Nazi killing of civilians.
The people that later staffed the death camps were recruited from the Aktion T4 Euthanasia Program.

  31. This is called the Pat O’Brien Paradox. Liberal mp’s that had that part of their resume ignored by the green light committee now coming face to face with the question.
    “But for Wales?”*
*attribute to “A Man for all Season’s”

  32. When did assisted suicide become assisted dying? Did the Trudeau Cabal/ the Gang that can’t shoot straight simply make the change to make it look more palatable and acceptable by people not in a position to make rational decisions? How many people have to sign off on a person’s life?

  33. The problem is most young voters who voted for this pothead were not around when his dad was destroying the country. That coupled with the education system that heaps praise on PET, ensures that we are screwed for a long time.
